I hadn't eaten at El Pollo Loco in a long time. It's a fast food that doesn't make me feel ill after. I ordered 12 pieces thigh and leg, no sides. I think the combo with 3 sides was about the same price. I was kind of surprised that it wasn't less expensive.
You have to be really careful. There are pieces of bones throughout the order.

Everything 5 stars, the guy who took my order was really nice, and my mom loved the food and atmosphere and said they cooked the chicken better than other pollo locos. We will be driving here for pollo loco now.

February 2024

It's decent in terms of food and service alike. There is room for improvement on all fronts, but it's far from a dire situation. On the rare occasions I do eat out, this is a place I consider.
