Let me just say this and I know the team will understand! God bless their patience! There are situations I've seen first hand and they handle it with a smile on their face without saying what we all want to say! I was in there and a young man came in claiming he ordered a 7 piece of poppers. They don't carry a 7 piece, he said he got to school and only received 3...that's all I will share but these gracious ladies will know. I just want to say you handled beautifully..you didn't treat him rudely although we all want to do that right away. That lady i wish I got her name needs to be working with people because she does it right. If nothing else make her a manager! 🤩nice work!

They need to start marking when they make the fresh brewed tea. No one knows when it's brewed. Tea goes bad. It don't last long sitting out all day. That's gross. The girl said they made tea at 6 am and it stays good all day. Sorry no it doesn't. You guys are going to make people sick. I asked for sprite and got coke.. 🤦♀️ And you guys want 20. Plus a hour.. crazy.

I like jack in the box. The nashville hot items are awesome. Please keep them and try them while you can. These you could have had a little more nashville sauce on. The spicy checking sandwich is pretty good, as well as the sourdough Jack. Gpod place for a snack with two fried tacos for juat over a $1. My main prob with this location is the inside you never know when it will be open. So you are always stuck in line with the drive thru. Even when you order online. I know they usually close the inside around the time the high school let's out. But why is the inside closed at 530pm on a Friday night. Seriously.

Idk what it is now with the food but it’s not the same anymore , me and my boyfriend got food poisoning twice now from there 😭 first the egg rolls made us throw up and we thought maybe we’re just being dramatic? Than we tried a meal and basically couldn’t leave the restroom for 2 days straight , I don’t know what’s going on with the food but we can’t go back to jacks now because of this 🤦🏽♀️

The Drive thru at this place is poorly engineered Avoid it if you are in a pickup or any vehicle with wider tires due to tire scuffing. Would recomend the location Hwy 18 and Navjo rd. If after 10 pm.
