Dont use the jack in the box app placed an order in the app and was charged, then the app doesn't send the order to the location but the money was taken from my account I called the store to verify if the order was placed and they said they didn't receive an order. I go back to the app and it wants me to start a new order like I never had one. I check previous order history on the app and nothing. Called the store to see if I could get a refund and was told to do it via the app. They took my money and haven't heard anything back and it has been a couple days.

Sodas had no flavor seems machine was running out. Feel like I wasted money getting combos when I didn’t even enjoy it.
It would be nice if they wrote on here. That customers are not welcome at 130 pm. Only students. I drove almost 30 minutes to eat here. Just to get run off by security. Need to change your hours, or notate you closed times for students. I've never heard of any fastfood restaurants closing for students only. Their store was completely empty when i arrived. All employees just hanging out.
