For some reason this jack always messes up something from my order. It’s not a big enough deal for me to complain or stop going since it’s as small as not giving us the extra dips we asked for or leaving the tomato on my burger. Or they’ll misunderstand the order and exchange my drink in my combo for the additional iced coffee that I ordered leaving me one drink short. Just stuff like that. If it’s the only option available I will go here but I won’t go out of my way to end up here.
Absolutely love Jack in the Box. It has always been my favorite fast food of all. Love the Jumbo Jacks with cheese, tacos, and egg rolls. This particular Jack-in-the-Box is one of the best. Always clean, maintained, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Tiffany is just awesome, funny, hard-working, and just an overall great employee. Fries were cold and not fresh. It was lunch rush. Come on! Everything else was good. Long wait … not at counter but for food … 20 mins to get cold fries! Booo! Service was amazing!
