Terrible customer service. The mgr looked miserable. Forgot my sandwich . Didn’t apologize and didn’t make my sandwich right away . They were more concerned with door dash orders it appeared . I will not return .

So far these are the best subs I've had. Although Jersey Mikes is a chain, the beat the rest hands down. First time I ever ordered online, I usually just go and order when I get there. My sub was ready when I got there, just picked it up and went. Love these places. Pretty consistent across the chain so I don't worry wherever I am, I find one and go.

Fantastic coworkers. Amazing teamwork! Love this establishment's ambiance the portions are not overboard. Great place to go out to eat while keeping to my health-first diet journey.

Everytime I've ordered from here they don't get it right. This is the worst jersey Mike's I've been too. Will not order or eat there again! Very disappointed!

Will let people cut in front of u even if ur picking a mobile order with them they act like they can't even see u happened multiple times when I picked up Uber deliveries as well boo

Food was good but I felt that they were a bit racist/prejudice ignored me when I walked in took other customers before me even though I just had a pick up. Terrible area very racist. I am black for reference lol. The employees should be just as happy to serve me as anyone else and it’s disappointing to see that they do not value my business because of my ethnicity. Even the customers, will let the door close even though they just opened it to walk in, let it close right in my face when I have food in my hands. But I see them opening the door for other people of different race. It’s like this everytime i go there definitely will be avoiding from here on out.

Male Manager was so unprofessional

Staff looked and acted like they didn’t want to be there. No hello… no thank you. No one in line yet dirty tables, lids for sodas were not restocked while the staff were chatting.
