We love this location and apparently others do too because they're always busy. Their sandwiches are delicious (why does anyone go to Subway?) Even better than the food is their service. No matter how busy they get, they greet in friendly manner and never make you feel rushed.

I used to love Jersey MIKES. But slowly, I have become disillusioned. The last 3 visits, I gave it three tries recently. Because the sandwich made was not as good ? ?. This one is located on Bear Valley at Jensen Ranch. Meats tasted gamey, the bread was stale and dry, and the servers ? seemed to be unhappy to be there. Not the usual happy faces. Or maybe it was just a bad week and bad timing. Service is quick and good otherwise not bad. But now I'm looking for a better tasting sandwich ? place with softer, fresher bread ?.

I took down my review because it was really bad on their part. More training needed for your staff that you hire. I had problems two weeks in a row. Apple Valley Bear Valley Rd. December 13 around 4:30 was when I went in to get a sandwich. I quit going to Subway to buy your sandwiches.

I've been to a lot of Jersey Mike's locations in my time. But this one here is probably the best by far. Just simply friendly service, attention to detail, professionalism, and all around great management! Particularly the manager Jason, makes sure that each customer is very well taken care of. And that goes a long, long way.Great job Jason and crew!

Super bummed that I found a long blonde curly hair in the first bite of my sandwich ? we ordered ahead of time and my husband went to pick up our order as I was pulling the hair out of my mouth ? it was long blonde and obviously curled I asked my husband immediately if he saw anyone with blonde curled hair. He said yes ? most likely they styled their hair in a curled pony with hair out to frame their face (super cute btw) but leaves out alot of hair and defeats the whole purpose of pulling their hair back to meet the health code requirements. 12 dollar sandwich wasted

Used to love their sandwiches. Now every time my wife and I eat there they don't give us much on the sandwich. Definitely not worth the 18 dollars. I'm going back to subway.

Came after 2pm during lunch to grab a sandwich and the parking was packed! Luckily, i only circled once and found a spot since alot of people are coming in for one of the food places.I get into Jersey mikes and it is freezing inside! The produce: lettuce, tomatoes looked a bit off. Tomatoes had a lot of pulp and the lettuce was browned around its edges. Ive been to many Jersey mikes and I have never experienced the produce not appearing fresh. The meat and cheese slices were not full like the other locations.

They Dont comprehend to well.... Not to mention I was rushed cuz the lady kept asking me anymore sandwiches.....when there was barely a line....i mean every second I felt like I could not think about the decisions especially with the prices...I asked for everything to be individually packed in storage containers.....could not get it right....worry about service....please

I Ordered online for pick up and had to wait almost an hour past the “ready to pick up” time because they said they have to clean the counter to make the sandwich on gluten free bread This is the first time I’ve encountered such a delay at Jersey Mikes. I’m not usually one to write such a low star review but this was ridiculous. I won’t be returning to Apple Valley Jersey Mike’s.

Jason issued a refund . And I would have been happy to change my review . But as I was leaving a young girl sprayed me in the face with window cleaner . Didn't spray towards the window , she sprayed towards the opening door and as I was exiting . Very unprofessional. I didn't ask for this horrible experience with my food and being ignored till they read my yelp review . And then leaving to be sprayed with chemicals ! I am pregnant ! Very very very wrong ! . I wouldn't be writing the review if she said oh I'm sorry . But she laughed . Not ok .
