When I have Appt I like to come here but this time around not a great experience. Had to take my sandwiches back the bread was hard they made me a new one but the bread was not good again I couldn't go back once more that would of been the 2 time me going in to have my sandwiches made again.

Sandwich was good but drink taste like seltzer water. After I mentioned it they did change it.

Love the bread and the veggie sandwich is good.

My father & I ordered two JJ Gargantuan sandwiches on wheat bread. When the food was delivered, their driver just left it on our doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking. Then, when we opened our sandwiches, the bread was so soggy that our fingers sunk into them, and made a hole. I called and spoke to someone named Ralph. He said that he was the manager. He said that our sandwiches were most likely soggy because of the oil and vinegar that they put on the bread. He offered to make us new sandwiches, but said we hand to order more food in order for them to do that. He was also requesting that I drive the old soggy sandwiches back. We are very disappointed with our service and the quality of their food.

Features: Great people food Great just wish for tad more meat 2 ham 2 turkey on 8 inch . Turned in this time like subway. But cost bit more. Great sandwiches will go back to see if just was rush in making it!!
