My father & I ordered two JJ Gargantuan sandwiches on wheat bread. When the food was delivered, their driver just left it on our doorstep without ringing the bell or knocking. Then, when we opened our sandwiches, the bread was so soggy that our fingers sunk into them, and made a hole. I called and spoke to someone named Ralph. He said that he was the manager. He said that our sandwiches were most likely soggy because of the oil and vinegar that they put on the bread. He offered to make us new sandwiches, but said we hand to order more food in order for them to do that. He was also requesting that I drive the old soggy sandwiches back. We are very disappointed with our service and the quality of their food.

The food is marginal but the help is rude, and the music is blasting. It's too bad that the people serving you are rude when you are spending money which happens to pay their salaries. You could eat at home for a fraction of the cost, which is what we will do next time.

I've been coming here for quite a while, and I make the trip from Hesperia because it's worth it. There is a female employee here who takes the lead in the assembly line and keeps everything running smoothly. I appreciate seeing this and knowing that someone is in charge. The sandwiches are great, and I love using the app because I can pull up and just grab it and go. I'd just like to thank everyone here for making my subs all this time, and I hope to continue making that drive to Apple Valley. Besides, I do frequent the Lowes across the street.

#7 Spicy East Coast Italian Sub Super YUMMY!!!! I would eat that everyday if I could!!! ?LOL Lovin’ those peppers ? keep’um coming!!! Staff was friendly and cool ? when we went in! Environment was fun and hip with all the signs hung up on the walls!!! My favorite sign was the neon sign that said “your mom wants you to eat more jimmy johns” lol loved that ? Thanks for a good first impression!!! ????
