Juice It Up!

I ordered a Strawberry Wave in a large bowl and asked for almonds as a topping, and whenever I go to the Juice It Up in Victorville, they layer the bottom with almonds and the top, but I suppose there is a inconsistency between them and here because they said it would be extra. I guess they are all franchises, but just a heads up.

Ordered 2 bowls and 1 smoothie. The bowls were not made correctly. After reaching the store manager, Jacob, he fixed the problem above and beyond what would have typically been offered. He was EXTREMELY COURTEOUS and understanding. He was very concerned that I had a poor experience in that one visit. (I have never had an unhappy visit before.) Jacob made sure my visit was refunded and I could come again, on them, for another time. Our communications were great. I would not change a thing!
One can visit this location with confidence, knowing that the team is most focused on the customer having a great experience!
The store manager is FANTASTIC.
The location is clean.
I am looking forward to my next visit.

Drinks were ok but the service was horrible. The girl Erie and he coworker looked like they were coming down off coke and hated their jobs. So rude and slow. The one in Victorville is way better and friendlier

I’m just curious on what you evaluate when hiring here. Young people with attitudesthis is supposed to be an enthusiastic environment. You do NOT get that when coming here.I asked for a medium drink for my toddler and they gave a large drink , I asked for a smaller cup to give her portion to her in a smaller cup and I would just have the rest the kid said “ you get what you get”

I definitely didn’t take due time to study the menu before I ordered but I probably would have tried something else with my choices. They weren’t bad just weren’t great. I’d slide this on the level of booster juice where it’s better than fast food but not quite a health joint.

Respectful people. If I had the money every day I would go every day.

Lovely place

Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff who helped me find the perfect drinks/juices every time I come in to navigate food allergies and make good suggestions for substitutions that still tasted yummy. Some places aren't so helpful in this, but staff went above and beyond every time I came in. I also appreciate that they give a military discount with proper ID.

Had an unfortunate visit most likely due to a misunderstanding. They were apologetic and I got a different cashier today that was nothing but kind.

A company's top priority should always be the safety of their employees, right? Well, that’s not the case here. They allow their young female employees to be in the store by themselves. I’ve been in there and witnessed a young lady who had to deal with a total creep by herself.The reason your store runs, is because of your employees, so their safety should be a priority! I bet you would make your own family a priority, right? These young ladies have no business being alone, PERIOD. I’m trying to find corporates number. I have a feeling that this is franchise so I think I’ll look into osha laws. DO BETTER!!! Make your employees safety a priority!
