Great service. Had an issue, and they just handled it. Thank you. My favs are the hot honey sandwich and the nashville hot strips and bowls when they have them. Great flavor. Love the apple pies, too. Online ordering is easy, and they usually have it ready and waiting. If you want a good flavor, mix 2 of their honey packets with one of their hot sauce packets. The $10 Tuesday special is always good.

Terrible screwed my order up got all the way to spring valley lake to find this out then I try to call the restaurant you couldn’t even get thru came all the way back and I’ll they wanted to offer me for their screw up is a biscuit or an apple pie really lmao beware before driving off that the dam order is correct I don’t want this to happen to anyone else

Food was good, but just went over there today and when the drive-through lady open the window, I felt the hot glass of hot air and it was already hot outside! She was perspiring that’s not good. Turn up the AC man!
Very Poor Experience at this store today. Store Manager Oswaldo refused to SELL me the pieces of chicken I requested and he only wanted to SELL us pieces we didn't want so we left the store without any food at all. I told him its over 100 degrees and I cannot cook as it is just too hot! Eventho I told him I have Kids to feed he could care less and we left with nothing. This store is Terrible! Contacted the corporate office.

Poor Mangangment or poor equipment maintenance? I am not sure what is wrong with KFC, but running out of chicken pretty much means you're not a KFC. You're a place that sells side dishes.I haven't actually eaten here in a while. Every time I try, they are out of chicken. Which is rough if that's all you sell.
