Pizza sat way too long. Should have been thrown away. But employee was great

Ordered online. 1 extra cheese pepperoni pizza. NO EXTRA CHEESE CAME ON IT. Also ordered slices and sticks, there was more cheese on that than the pizza. Also ordered bone in parmesan that they forgot to add to my order, yet I paid for. They were very rude when I reminded them it was missing. And what I received was a joke. Adding photos for reference. What it looks like online to what I got.... very unhappy. They are usually better than this.

Tried to place an online order for a group event at the high school locally and then after the order was completed, realized it would not be completed in time so then I called the restaurant. Explain the situation they weren’t open yet and hadn’t started the order so I just requested to cancel since they could not do it in time once I requested to cancel. I got nothing but rude comments I was placed on hold for times each time the person came back. They were rude with a statement when I asked who I was speaking to the girl refused when I asked for the corporate number I was placed on hold and then somebody by the name of Lisa, who claimed to be the manager gave me the corporate number and she was rude as well so moving forward since I do a lot for the schools up here and group events, I will not be recommending little Caesars at all for any of these functions to use. I placed a formal complaint through the website and I called corporate. I was told I would get a phone call back and never received one so clearly this owner in Apple Valley does not care about the school supporting anything in the community let alone they’re just regular customers. It is a loss on their behalf because like I said I do a lot for schools and I will continue to, but I will not continue to use little Caesars ever again thanks to Lisa the manager at Little Caesars and the fact that they did not follow up with me

At 4:00 pm I’m told my order is due to be ready at 4:10pm because that’s the rotation of orders online.
What. On. Earth. Does. That. Even. Mean?!?
I ordered online, saving the lady at the counter time and now I get my order an hour later!?!
I tell the young man that makes zero sense! He just says that’s the way it is.
This place is ridiculous!

It was a little busy when I went last but pizza was hot & fresh.

So I future ordered a large pepperoni a large cheese and a stuffed crust pepperoni and sausage. 3 orders of wings and 1 bread sticks. I ordered 2 hours early. When I arrived they were not ready. I waited another 30 minutes while other people were picking up they're pizza they had just walked in and ordered. One guys pizza was a mess up. They fixed it and his pizza still came out before mine. When I got in the car to check my pizza was correct everything was cold. Do I spent almost 80 dollars to get cold late food while the front cashier looked so high out of her mind she had no idea the statuses of my order. This is the worst pizza experience I have ever had.

My order was place to pick up at 321 to 326 ,I get there at 327 and I told the guy about it and he never said anything, there was alot people after me getting there pizzas and nothing on mine until I ask the guy what's wrong whit my order and he ask what's the name on the order when I told him at first when I arrive,time was 350 when he give me my order ,on sunday 10

I have never really had any issues at this location. So, it surprises me to see some many issues. I always use the app to order, and it usually gives me a pretty good estimate on time. I try to head that way once I see it in process, so it is usually coming out when I get their. I like their pizza. The best is the pretzel crust and wish they would keep in year round. It is not my favorite pizza. But it is good pizza at a good price. Thank you.
