Little Caesars Pizza

My order was place to pick up at 321 to 326 ,I get there at 327 and I told the guy about it and he never said anything, there was alot people after me getting there pizzas and nothing on mine until I ask the guy what's wrong whit my order and he ask what's the name on the order when I told him at first when I arrive,time was 350 when he give me my order ,on sunday 10

I have never really had any issues at this location. So, it surprises me to see some many issues. I always use the app to order, and it usually gives me a pretty good estimate on time. I try to head that way once I see it in process, so it is usually coming out when I get their. I like their pizza. The best is the pretzel crust and wish they would keep in year round. It is not my favorite pizza. But it is good pizza at a good price. Thank you.

This place is really busy, and always hustling! The store serves a large area and during the lunch and dinner rush it gets very crazy! These guys do a great job serving this community so I got to give it up to them or the hustle! If you're ordering for pickup during those rush hour times, order it at least an hour ahead to save time. A+!

I'm going to start off by saying I rarely leave bad reviews for places but my friend and I had such a horrendous experience and service here. My friend and I called in an order for a pizza and breadsticks yesterday around 7pm and my friend went to pick up the pizza while I waited in the car. A younger associate helped ring her up at the register and they exchanged some small talk...at this point all was well until these people decided to do something so off putting..she came back into the car and we sat there for a few minutes just talking and I notice another associate staring at us through the window. I brushed it off. Until an older lady with yellow blonde hair which I assume is a manager because of her collared shirt comes up to the glass and STARTS TAKING PICTURES OF US on her personal phone. My friend goes back in there to confront them and they assumed we stole a pizza out of their warmer that's behind their counter. This assumption was wrong!
My friend offered to show them proof that she paid but they denied because they knew they made a very wrong assumption. When my friend asked that older lady manager if she was taking pictures, she denied doing anything and hides in the back. No apology or accountability which is so immature and unprofessional. When I get down to confirm that this weird lady deleted the photos she took of us and our car, she is no where to be found and the associate that rang my friend up is no where to be found either even though it was only about 10 minutes ago that he helped her. There was a different associate that apologized for the assumption that we stole a pizza and their behavior but I was so upset that the lady had the audacity to run off to the back when she was so clearly confident enough to take photos of us a few minutes before that. I'm appalled and disgusted that this little Caesars has people working in this store thinking it's okay to assume we were thieves even though a person literally rang her up 10 minutes prior and that they think it's acceptable to take photos of us and our car through the window.
I've never had this type of obnoxious and terrible service in my life. If I could leave zero stars I would.

Pizza was so dry. And it was very nasty.
Wings felt slimy to me.

They can't seem to keep to schedule I've never got my pizza on time. It's always late. I even order online and hour early and still have to wait as they cook my food. Terrible time management.
