This place has seriously gone down hill. I just waited 50 minutes for ONE Carne plate. The only thing that was right was the extra meat I ordered. Nothing else right. And you can't even cut up the meat. BAD....hello whete are the people who know what they ate doing. $21...NEVER COMING BACK!
The family members that work the restaurant are very nice and good to customers. The other people at the front desk can have poor attitudes. The food is great. The portions are excellent.

This was goto spot for good late-night Mexican food. Last time I picked up some food they had a different staff that seemed a bit careless. We didn't think nothing of it. When we got home to eat the food. Most of it was extremely salty. And a burrito we ordered asada and they gave is shredded beef also extremely salty. Couldn't even eat the food due to how salty it was and not good. This place completely lost its quality control will not be going back.
Edit: tried to give them a second chance after 10 months. Went in at 10:30pm and they said they basically couldn't make anything I wanted cause they already turned the fire/stove off even tho they close at 12am. Crazy how much bad management and lazy employees will affect a business.

Nasty food. Ordered the steak plate and got a dry cardboard looking piece of thin meat. The beans seemed to be several days old. The Orchata tasted like mainly water and something else but not orchata. My daughter ordered some buñuelos they had at the counter but also tasted like they were several weeks old the insides were dry and hollow. I think this place is ready to close their doors because they do the bare minimum. Their food is honestly not good at all. I hope I don’t get sick after eating here.

Been going to this place off/on for 3+ years this latest visit they must have changed chefs you can tell by the food (if one pays attention). I will go back? Yes because overall consistency, with food and service along with the atmosphere of the place (old school).

Picture speaks for itself. Meat was burnt and hard as rocks. Not a pleasant experience.

Customer service was great; the food was excellent; and the prices were good with the amount of food you get. My husband got the chicken chimichanga and it was HUGE. I got the carnitas burrito and it was definitely filling. My husband has been there before and always enjoys their breakfast burritos; it was my first time there and I rate the food better than some of the restaurants near us.

It's really not that hard guys. Just gotta care a little more.
Food presentation was good (see pic). However it was pretty bland. My Carnitas' had some very dry and hard chunks mixed in with juicy softer chunks. Tells me they are mixing older food with new fresher food.
The plates were flimsy and didn't hold the food. Two hands or it spills everywhere. The plastic forks and knives are the flimsiest and cheapest you can buy. Couldn't cut my chimichanga.
Although the dining area was fairly clean the windows were filthy, the tables had remanence of past customers, and the booths are falling apart. Not just one but most.
I won't be back.
However, all that needs to be done here is for the manager/owner to care enough about what the customer thinks. Then all the issues can be easily resolved. I hope they do.
