Wow, the Service is really going downhill. They used to be really good. But now they throw your food around in the bag by the time you get home, it’s all spilled in the bag and then if you don’t explicitly ask for chicken not to be jerky, you’ll end up with burnt chicken. You have to double check your order because they’ll miss what you asked for at the intercom. For $100 worth of food that I ordered. They only give me two little tubs of salsa. I guess we have to stop supporting the little mom and Pops now.

I called in to pollos bros and they were closing at 855 pm I told them my wife was on the way and Josie prepped a order for me and my family customer service is remarkable here plus the food is very delicious and cost affordable thanks pollos brother for your customer service and delicious food!!!

MAKE IT MAKE SENSE TO ME:

So I went through the drive through and ordered the family meal with 2 whole chickens and 3 large sides, 2 of the sides were the same so the server asked if I wanted to upgrade to an xl version of that and get 2 large sides of my opposite choice, so I decided to do it because I wanted more potato salad rather than rice, however upon returning home and getting ready to eat I had noticed that they switched everything around, completely changing my order and tried calling to see what they could do to fix it and said that the two large sides would fit the xl container, which of course was a complete lie as well, my thing of it is, don’t offer to do something a certain way to try and cater to the customer and then jip them on what they actually wanted, and don’t argue with me on the phone about how you messed up and try to lie about it, the only reason why I’m not leaving 1 star is because the chicken is actually really good

I have been here many time with my son. The food is consistently great ( I love the potato salad!). Coming from food service management, I notice the cleanliness of the kitchens as well as front of the house. It’s constantly clean, clean! Which is a biggie for me. That along with the tasty food is why we come back time after time!! At least weekly. I highly recommend Pollo Bros!
