I love the taste of the chicken here but the prices are just thru the roof! They also charge $1 for a side of salsa the same size you get for free at any mexican fast food for free. I bought one chicken bowl, and a lunch meal with the 3pc. No drinks! It came out to about $34 For that price at Pollo loco I can feed the whole fam and still have leftovers. I'm sorry but the taste, is not worth that price.

I have been coming to the store for about the past year. I have paired many good things about it before. Finally going to try it for myself. I thought how much better than El Pollo loco. Could it be. Boy? What is I wrong. This is leagues above. The chicken is made to order. And they do not prepare it until you there for pickup. They're chicken and rice is excellent. They're beans are okay. Tortillas are good. They are condiments and salsa is excellent. They are always very friendly. It is well worth a few extra dollars in comparison to El Pollo loco. Highly rated. We come here at least once or twice a month

Food was disgusting. Found a bone in my sons burrito the queso was can nacho cheese ordered salsa and queso and chips but didn’t get the chips paid for them but didn’t get them. Food was just horrible.

The food is decent depending on the day. I will never understand why a business with a drive through gives clients a receipts to sign for a tip. The food is already more than regular drive through. Why make us feel like we have to pay for a simple service? Just pay your employees more. You’re not a restaurant where we sit down!

I just bought a whole chicken and an order of chicken taquitos. I'm very disappointed. The chicken had a bunch of feathers! ? Take a look at my picture. This shows it wasn't cleaned properly. I feel so disgusted I ended up throwing it away. I'm also dissatisfied with the taquitos because the lettuce on top was all wilted and old. It's not the first time this happens. I don't plan on buying here again!
When were given the wring item in the drive thru and had to go all the way back, they were amazing about quickly preparing the food we had originally ordered. They also let us keep the wrong item and also gave us tortillas and salsa to go with it! Food was so so good.

This food is disgusting, chicken was overcooked (was like wood all the way through) dehydrated, beans undercooked, and potato salad bland. I'm super upset because I'm in no shape to drive it back to get a refund. I loved the taste of Juan Pollo and this used to taste the same, not anymore and you'll never get another cent of my money. I don't prefer El Pollo, but I'd eat there over this place. Not sure how you're still in business serving this overpriced, nasty food. If I had a dog I wouldn't even feed it to the dog. You need a visit from environmental health because this place is surely not in compliance with the food they're serving!
