We went Mama Carpinos for my birthday yesterday. I am Italian and come from a long line of home cooking Gaziano's, especially my mother and great grandma Graziano. We know what good Italian food is. This is probably the only five star restaurant in town. As always, it was an absolutely delightful dining experience. Between the food, cocktails atmosphere, and wonderful service, it was completely over the top. My brother-in-law and his wife were in town for the first time, and Mama Carpino's was our first choice to impress them with Apple Valley. It definitely paid off. The high point of the whole visit, and always leaves you with a good taste in your mouth. Mama carpino's - our number one place to impress family and friends

The manicotti with meat sauce was fantastic, meat lover's lasagna was amazing, the ceasar salad was great 😁 The deserts are fine, the main entrees are where it's at. Even the bread they give you when you first sit down is really good. I'll definitely be back.
