Food is washed out with little flavor and what is flavourful is over cooked. The food is nice it just seems like they just don't care anymore, you know like its just not their kinda thing. This place use to be great let's hope for a come back.

Maxwell's is a mainstay in Apple valley desert knolls. They won 2020 best burger award. There isn't a sandwich that I've ate there but I haven't liked. I hear the French toast is super good

I celebrated my birthday last night in this delicious restaurant. happy to tell that we passed a fabulous evening and the venue was indeed the reason for this successful event. The waiters collaborated in a very nice way, the cuisine was very good and my guests were so glad. We shall absolutely return for more joyful events. thanks very much.

A small local place with a huge menu and even bigger portions. Not the place to eat if you are on a diet. I like the gyros and their breakfast combinations, but when they have their hamburger special with avocado and bacon, the price is simply too good to pass up.

Maxwell's is the best place in town to get a good deal on a quality handmade hamburger. They have deals all the time, and often lunch deals for $5 or even less. Quality ground beef, and incredible produce makes it easily my pick for a bite to eat. I have been a resident for nearly 30 years, and I don't believe it is possible to find a better local restaurant in the high desert. My only regret is that I have but 5 stars to give, it deserves more.

Such good food. Never disappointed. But we e tried the Frisco burger last week... and I don't know if we will order anything other than this ever again. Best burger I think I've ever had!! My husband and I shared one because it's so big.... but I do think I could eat an entire one by myself.... it (like everything else went tried here) is THAT GOOD!!
This place was a huge disappointment! We came 30 minutes before closing, we got our food to go. The food did not look fresh and was not good. They didn't send our sodas either. I do not recommend.

I'm originally from Chicago, and it was like my wishes for variety were answered when I found this place! The food is authentic to a restaurant in Chicago's Greek town, with the gyros and grape leaves on point! My son, loves their burgers and it's not to far from home, so it's a great alternative when I'm feeling lazy and don't want to cook. Their portion sizes are large, so my salad typically lasts me two meals.

This was the worst lunch I've had in Apple Valley! We waited more than an hour...at a sandwich shop...for our food. Then everything came out one at a time with minutes between. Our hamburger with grilled onions came out with cold onions, out turkey and ham sandwich came with completely frozen lunch meat, our philly cheese steak sandwich came with raw meat, and had a hair on it. The waitress brought us a store bought pie for our wait. Then when we told her we were very unhappy with everything and gave details she asked if there was something different. After almost 2 hours, who could wait for anything else. So she walked away. I went inside and asked if they were going to do anything about it. The older lady inside said she'd already given us a pie, what else did we want??? I asked if she was kidding. She then asked what? You want a refund on your Philly cheesesteak? She was so very rude. She said "it's not our fault, it's the cooks fault!" I told her never mind, I'll just leave a Yelp review. She said "fine, we will just close!" She was so nasty! She said "I offered you something!" We just left. Food was disgusting and the service was even worse!
