We went to McDonald’s just now. They forgot parts of of our order. I went back to get the things they forgot which meant my family could not eat together. They were rude and in apologetic to their error. There was no appreciation for me as the customer. They acted like we were inconveniencing them when we came back. Horrible customer service! This is the McDonald’s on hwy 18 in Apple Valley 😡😡
Terrible! My boyfriend just went through the drive thru, had to wait over 10 minutes for his food and the punk manager came out and was very rude, while giving him his food. They forgot some food so I called and the manager said I was lying and they gave him all the food and when I asked for his name, he hung up on me. I already made a report with corporate because people like that should not be representing an establishment. I am so upset how he handled (or didnt) the situation.
