Worse McDonald’s in my life. They literally take forever in the drive through and had me waiting for 30 minutes just to get my food. Never in the history of me going to McDonald’s had this happen anywhere but had to be in Apple Valley.
They gave me some McDoubles that tasted old and the cheese looked like it had been left out for a while. The nuggets and soda we're good.
Update: arrived at 10:25 to the drive thru and they kept asking me what my code was until it was 10:29 for them to tell me they did not want to take my breakfast order because at 10:30 they stop. Super rude and unprofessional. Ther

This McDonald's is Always really busy and always very crowded. Inside the dining area, you have to place your order with a kiosk. Not really any employees for help. It doesn't seem like it's cleaned very often.

This place is ridiculous. Lost my order and had to wait over thirty minutes. Management needs to step it up here. I wasn’t the only one. Other customers were complaining.

This lady Jessica was very rude to my girlfriend, she has very bad customer service and I believe that we as customers should be treated with professional behavior. All we do is get food and leave we have no attitude towards any kind of employee but she gives terrible looking faces at us and treats differently than all customers. As an adult woman that she should be acting please stop acting childish.

The Employee JESSICA , she needs some more help with knowing friendly professional behavior. This is the 3rd time I’ve encountered her and each time she walks away and doesn’t know friendly service at all. She starts laughing and walks away . When she gave me my bag there fries were cold and food was missing . Her managers need to talk to her asap , this is a very bad look for her as an employee .

I went and spent $46.69! The machine was down for the frozen drinks and all I could order was a frappe. I ordered my food at 11:51a.m. I didn’t get my food until 12:20pm but on top of that, they didn’t bring my 2 frappes and 2 3 packs of cookies I ordered and I had to wait another 15 mins for those items. Plus I didn’t receive any of my sauces, no napkins, or straws. Then I had some black stuff floating in my sweet tea. I told the lady and it took her 5 mins to bring me a new tea back. Then on top of that, when I left from there 2 of my boys were complaining about their stomachs hurting and had to use the bathroom. I wasn’t feeling good myself. I went home and took a nap. 2 hours later, I wake up sweaty, hot and running to the bathroom throwing up. So not only did I have a bad experience at the restaurant, I had gotten food poisoning from them. McDonald’s was the only thing my boys and I ate that day so I know for fact it was their food. Everyone beware!!!
Let me add though I had the McDonald’s app and spent so much money with them so I don’t know why the particular day they want to do wrong!

I like their breakfast the most on their menu. I grew up going to McDonalds for breakfast every Saturday morning with my dad in Glendora. So, I have a nostalgic taste for their pancakes and sausage. Yes, we can make better pancakes at home. But these are good to me. I do really like their mcgriddle sandwiches, which are easy to eat on the road. This location isn't the highest level of service. They do seem to keep the drive thru moving. But as I and others have problems using their app, I go inside and use their kiosk. I do see people try to order at the front. They are not always very quick to help, and you always seem to wait longer inside even if you use the app or the kiosk. Overall pretty good.
