Consistently the worst McDonald's in the area they never remember to put utensils or sauce in your order that's if they get your order right to begin with the act confused when you get to the front window like they don't know what's going on or why you're even there. This franchise is lucky in the area it's in because it's service would put it out of business anywhere else.

This place is notorious for missing items or messing up. The last time they didn't mess up however, they parked me near their garbage bins. I feel like this is disgusting. It doesn't feel safe at night. Its not the closest to the restaurant and the trash walls block vision.

This time around, no one acknowledged me at the drive thru but people were able to place their orders thru the second lane. The girl at the pay window took offense because I said no one was taking my order and wanted to argue with an attitude. My order was placed thru the app and was supposed to be ready by the time got there, it was not and had to wait additional time for them to prepare it. Then my food was dry and cold. Horrible visit this time. This kind of service is what keeps me from going back.

Came at the switch from breakfast to lunch, when ordering they didnt have any sodas available because they were out of Co2. They said we could get tea so I ordered unsweetened and they gave me lemonade tea I asked for it again and I got sweet tea... and when I got my food the burger had literally nothing on it. I asked for no cheese on my big mac and they gave me a burger with nothing. The food also took forever to come out. I know they are timed on drive through but also need to attend the inside. It would probably be more beneficial for the customer to go through the drive through and bring it inside if they want fast service

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Couldn't find what I wanted on kiosk, so ordered at counter she acted like she was doing me a favor. Wouldn't give me a number for our table, didn't want to give stir stick or sugar for hot tea. Go somewhere else.

We don’t do Mac Donalds breakfast very often. How are we supposed to know what’s available for breakfast hours? The screen has been broken for at least a year, but it’s dead this time. What comes in what combos, and what are the prices? The world may never know.
Update: when we got home, the pancakes had no butter or syrup.

This McDonald’s will have you waiting from 15 to 20 minutes for your orders and will tell you sorry we just have a long line through drive-through that we have to attend first think twice before coming here, not once did they come out to apologize three people in front of me went ahead and left mind you they were elderly people which made me feel bad. Customer service here will be receiving one star
