How do you make $25 an hour and always miss items in the orders? I am so upset because this had happened to me more then 5 times. Specially the orders that go out with delivery services why do employees not double check to make sure everything is in the bag. Very frustrating.

Waited over 40 minutes for my food and my food wasn't fresh nor hot. Cookies didn't get to cool enough so they were broken and stuck together
Parking: Parking is in the Drive-Thru area so if you park then you will be trapped inside the drive to area real big inconvenience however there is other parking but then you'd have to walk so if it's cold or raining another big inconvenience
Kid-friendliness: It is kid-friendly but not sanitized
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors aren't automatic so that could be an issue

So quick to push people out of line to keep their times down but can't deliver "FAST FOOD". You can order in the app 40 mins before you get there and they will still somehow find a way to make you wait in the front. Mid service the inside is always dirty and they never clean the playground section everytime I take my nephew it's always nasty.

Nothing wrong with the service or the environment in my opinion but I went last night and ordered some McChickens and became violently sick within 2hrs. Shame to see this place's quality go way downhill will probably not be coming to this location ever again.

The cold coffee doesn't regulate it pure water and still with attitude they already go several times that they do it The Coffee is not regular, they give it to you decaffeinated, it is lukewarm and you tell them and they take a bad attitude

Worst location in Apple Valley. Made a curbside order and it took them over 40 minutes to give me 10 chicken nuggets. I called over 10 times, i tried to enter the dinning room and they closed at 7pm. The drive thru line was so long that they were sending cars to wait as well. The cars sent to wait started getting their food before all the cars waiting for curbside.
