The employees taking orders do not listen to the customers. Special requests on how to make burgers all messed up all the time. You try to call in to the store to make the complaint and it just rings. Get it together!! Please just listen to us when we make the orders.

The employees let customers stand at the pick up counter for long periods of time and don't acknowledge any of them. Have employees acknowledge customers and let them know they'll be with them as soon as they can. This is ridiculous especially being a doordash driver

This is my closest McDonald's from where I've lived the past 24 years and its more consistent in quality of food & service than many others I'd say. Still though, some months they have great management in place with a good staff but other months you'll get horrible management who doesnt have a good team around them or poor training so take from this what you will..
