My experiences in the afternoon here have been very unpleasant. They ignore you at drive thru, take forever, looks like it hurts to smile, give out like 3 ketchups and no sauce, and stuff everything in one bag as if they don't have more bags. Horrible customer service, but I will say if you want to be treated better, there is a young man who works there with glasses, I believe brown hair, who listens to what you need and gives you the sauces you need. He seems very patient and kind. Last time I ordered a number one, he repeated my order and gave me basic decent human respect unlike the other kids there working. Man they really seem like they don't want to be there and are just chit chatting not doing what they are supposed to do and ignoring the customers. Very disrespectful on top of all that. Unlike this gentleman I spoke about right now that is here in the afternoons, he is a rare gem in that restaurant that should definitely have a raise!

Why is it that an plain egg McMuffin is 6 dollars but a damn sausage McMuffin is 2 bucks or so and why is it everytime i come to your store you guys can never get orders right. Watch out everyone

Ok, so if aren’t going to pay for someone to take the customers order at least have the plastic table # so that your over worked associates can find the tables easier.
All the plastic table #.s are missing.
Lastly, the Asian girl with long hair that works there is super kind a hard working, even when customers are bing rinse she is kind and respectful. The franchise owner should look into some sort development
So that she can be a leader in this company. The real tall guy is good people too. Never missed a beat in keeping your restaurant clean give that man a raise!

I like the fact that they got a soda machine still also there’s one worker who deserves a five star she is always cleaning and when she is working the place looks clean and she always asking if you need anything or picking up all the trash she is very multi task and kind and always makes the entire place glow be always keeping it tidy marcela your awesome keep doing what your doing 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏

The menus are in the drive throughs have been black for many months. For a lunch menu, I can guess what kind of combos I would want, but for breakfast I have no idea what the prices are, no idea what comes in combos. Both sides, dead screens, for months. I have to guess how many sandwiches come in what combos, or ask a hundred questions.

I give this McDonalds a lot of credit. First, they still have the fountain drinks machines in the lobby. No having to go to the counter and get someone to help. When you ask for a specific number of condiments in your online order, they actually give you what you asked for. They keep things moving. I dont remember having to wait for an online order when placed ahead of time. Other locations dont always do this. Yes, the drive thru always looks busy. I go inside. Food is always consistent. Inside is always clean. People are nice. Thank you.

I was literally just there; I ordered my food and ate On my way! to the fwy. I bought the $5 meal, ate my sandwich and fries and as soon as I got to my nuggets 😐 two. I called soooooooo many times and was met with no answer. They also don’t have a voicemail set up so it just rang until it was disconnected ( I was already too far to go back). I decided to come to google because I assumed it would be the best way to get in contact with a manager, but I can see from going through the reviews, that the managers don’t even check. The GM and AGM need to be fired, and that statement is based on the reviews alone!!!!!!

The screen was black and couldnt see any of the ingredients and they were out of lettuce. They took someone long just for a big mac and it didn't even have lettuce it had to much sauce and McDonald's really disappointment at this location.
