It’s really sad that the food prices are so high, then you pay the price only to get old food. I had 2 large fries and one small fry with my order, they were crunchy like a chip and stale every last one of them. Definitely contacting Sanchez enterprises. People go and buy which supports your company to continue providing services, at the least our food should be fresh. I bought new fries and paid full price. I didn’t buy old fries and agree to pay full price.

My experience was bad to say the least. I used the Kiosk to order inside but there were no table number place holders to enter. My wife had to raise her voice to get any of the workers attention and the worker who came to assist didn't say a word. The kiosk didn't work while trying to pay so we didn't bother to wait in line. The workers were very unprofessional and I recommend using the drive thru if you choose to go there.

They close the dining room and lock the door at 7pm. That seems ridiculously early. The last couple times I went, they were forcing everyone to order at the electronic kiosks. It seems like they just don't want to deal with people. Many people around me were very annoyed by this too. Maybe I'm old school but I would rather just talk to and order from a human. They completely forgot my drink both times when I ordered from the kiosk. My food was good but the experience wasn't. I think in the future I will just drive the extra couple miles to In n out. A meal there is about the same price and they don't make you order from a computer screen
