I came in today around 3:30 there was this short girl with black hair she was so sweet . I asked her if they had fresh fruit she went to the back and cut me some . She was very attentive and very helpful anything I needed she was right there . She was making sure everything was clean while she was helping me . I also had to use the restroom with my kids and didn’t want to leave my yogurts just there and she told me she could watch the yogurts for me very helpful the kind of worker she was I will be returning .service was that amazing.

Dead atmosphere, terrible employees that are just on their phones or talking to their coworkers. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before they came out from the back after I called out to them three times. Ridiculous service. Not worth the bland yogurt.

Love this place and their variety of ice cream flavors.
Super weird vibe, half the lights were off and no one (customer or employee was to be found) I almost thought they were closed. Said hello a few times and no response.. finally an employee came out gave me a sample cup and just about ran back into the back without saying anything. Froyo tasted terrible and artificial with sparse toppings.

We have been coming here for years but recently we came 9/1/24 and this place is starting to decline. The frozen yogurt was watery the toppings area had multiple broken lids with tape on stuff and was dirty the fresh topping area had many empty or just gross looking and the whip cream was empty. Owner needs to give this place a facelift and yogurt machines may have some issues with watery half melted froyo. Price and service was good.

Smelled like bleach when we opened door. 1 flavor “sold out”. ( no biggie) another one not frozen very watery …a biggy). Oreo toppings look ugly and fake. Only medium cups available too big. The cup weighed more than the yogurt we put in it. Used to like this place but ? We like to shop locally but this place was nasty, and not clean. Just because we can smell bleach doesn’t mean it’s clean . The last thing I want to smell entering a food business is bleach

Used to go here as a kid and it was always great! Now this place is a complete dive. Dark, dingy, dirty, melted yogurt out of the machine and customer service was terrible. Bring back the old Nubi. I miss it terribly.
