Really good deli sandwiches!!! Ordered over phone and it was ready. Kinda busy at register area but they were working hard and kind. Will return to try other sandwiches very soon!!!!

I went in here for the first time. Being my first time I asked for recommendations from the guy behind the counter. He gave me a hot sandwich suggestion and a cold sandwich suggestion. I went with the hot pastrami and was debating what cheese I was going to put on it. I again asked what he recommended and his response was very rude. He basically said, āI don't know sir, I'm not the one eating it. You get what you want.ā It really seemed that this guy had lost his best friend or something. So I played it off and paid $30 for two sandwiches.
As I was waiting, I picked up some bread from Old Town bakery and asked the same guy that I would get two loaves, his response was that'll be $12 and you can pay anywhere. I went to the meat counter to pay, and he responded, āIm busy, go over there and heāll check you out.ā Again, I don't know what this guys problem is, but it the owners need to make some adjustments to this guys interaction with customers or they need to let him go.
After getting in the car, my son even noticed how rude this guy was. I have to say, I don't see myself going back any time soon.
Owners, please respond to this review and let the community know that this issue has been taken care of. We want a local butcher and deli, but not when its customers are being treated like this.

Terrific sandwiches. We had courteous and polite customer service, no problem. We don't live in the area but do stop here when traveling I-15. Good rest stop between San Diego and Las Vegas
The meat here is fineāslightly above averageābut the customer service is consistently awful. The man behind the counter is rude, dismissive, and clearly doesnāt value customers.
I was ready to become a regular and spend thousands here over time, but the experience pushed me to take my business elsewhere. Based on other reviews, this kind of behavior isnāt new.
Plenty of other butchers in the area who treat people with respect and know their meat. Skip this one.

Sandwich is mediocre at best ā¦ itās very dry, not much flavor and overall underwhelming. Plus - listening to the guy at the counter talk about child support issuesā¦ an extreme lack of tact. First visitā¦ not sure Iāll try it again.
