Papa Johns Pizza

Serious issues here.. imma chop it up to poor management.
Waited about 25 mins for an order.. when I go back in.. order has not been started, and they said additional 15-20 mins. Mind you, was not even really busy.. no orders on shelves for pickup, and only one other order I could see on screens for prep. 😄🤣

My online order was marked as “Picked Up” , I got to the store and they were still working on it apparently. Why are you guys marking orders as “Ready” or “Picked Up”????

I placed an order to be delivered . I had 2 missed calls from the store. When I called back Madison said my order could not be delivered because I had mistyped my phone #, not my address but my phone #. I asked how they were calling me. She said they figured out what my number was because the mistype was in the area code. I asked since they had my correct # if my order could be delivered. She said no she was told by the manager Juan that they could only cancel my order and have me place another one or I could come pick up the order. I asked to speak to Juan and Madison said he was not there and she was the manager at the time. Her demeanor was very matter of fact and like I had done something wrong. I said I would come pick up the order
When I got to the store the girl who walked up to the counter (unknown name) immediately looked disgusted when I gave my name and when I asked about the $12.50 I had paid in delivery fee & driver tip. She said “I’ll get her I have no idea what’s going on with this situation” then walked away to get Madison said she had already refunded the driver fee then asked if I wanted to keep the tip on there. To not be further upsetting to them I chose to keep the tip on there . That was a mistake as the order and service just got worse!
One pizza had no sauce or cheese! Just bread & meat. I called and when I told Jasmine she put me on hold rudely saying “Let me see what more we can do for you” What more you can do for me?? I already had to drive across town to pick up my order ii had for delivery, I only had one pizza that could be eaten. I’ve been treated with rudeness & poor customer service, but you are going to see what more you can do for me?
Not once did either of these young women try to make things right, not once did they act like they cared about my inconvenience but instead acted like they were inconvenienced. These girls need some lessons in customer service! Not only that my pizzas were not even cut all the way through

FEW SLICED OLIVES TINY PIECES OF BROKEN PIECES OF MUSHROOMS NOT PIZZA SAUCE ALMOST NO MOZZARELLA I NEVER EXPERIENCED SOMETHING SO AWFUL I'M FEELING BAD BECAUSE I SUGGESTED MY FRIENDS TO BUY THIS PAPA JOHN PIZZA WHILE VISITING AND ITS BEEN A DISGREFUL EMBARASSMENT 1 EACH GREEN PEPERONCINI AND NOT PIZZA SAUCE PLUS DELIVERED WITHOUT THE REQUIRED FOOD SAFETY REQUIREMENTS INSIDE OF THE TYPICAL PROTECTION TO KEEP THE PIZZA UNDER THE HEALTH DPT LAWS REQUIREMENTS THE MANAGER RUBIN RUDE HE DON'T EVEN APOLOGIZED I ASKED HIM WHERE IS THE SPECIALTY PIZZA SAUCE .??

I LIVE IN HOLLYWOOD I'LL CALL THE STORE WHERE THEY KNOW ME AND SEND THE PHOTOS I WON'T PAY $37.11 FOR THIS FRAUD WITHOUT INGREDIEN DELIVERED COLD .A TOTAL FRAUD NOT EVEN A CALL TO APOLOGIZED OR MAKE IT RIGHT OR CREDITED THIS HYBRID OF SOMETHING CALLED PIZZA ...THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE !!!!

Every time I come in I always enjoy the environment and the vibes. The workers are always so friendly and helpful. You can tell when an employee likes doing their job. You can see the passion and their hard work. I really recommend for anyone to come in and enjoy the pizza. Honestly it's the best pizza in all of San Bernardino.

Worst Papa Johns I've ever been to. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. Called and asked them if my pizza had already been made because I placed it for pickup at 6:15. Guy said it hasn't been made and I'm good to go. Arrived at 6:15 and my pizza was sitting on the shelf for over an hour. Got home, pizza is luke warm, my little girl can't have olives, go figure first bite there's olives under the cheese. Took it back immediately, place is a joke. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I used to get papa John's very often for my kids on weekends and all their bday parties too. Our last couple orders have been very dry and kind of stale. My last order I placed two orders, canceled one. Called to make sure it was canceled and the women was rude that I was calling to make sure... she said it was, they still showed up to my home two hours later with the canceled order and charged my card. Anyone I have spoken to is incompetent in dealing with it. So not great pizza anymore and horrible customer service. So after all this, I will happily pay more and get pizza from somewhere with quality food and quality customer service.

It took 1 1/2 hrs to get my pizza and it was cold and gross was told they are busy but yet the app said pizza was 19mins away and over a hour later it arrived it's great the wages and prices go up and the portions and service goes down ? it's pizza not running a Microsoft company not rocket science

Ordered delivery through door dash. Beca was really helpful. Honestly probably the best pizza and bread sticks I've ever ordered from papa John's before. 10 our of 10 from the service to the quality of the food. Thanks Beca you deserve a raise.

I came here once a week, can't come here anymore. I understand the wages have gone up but the pizzas are way too small compared to just a month ago. This is twice in a row now the pizzas came out really light in the box. You should really just up the price instead, I would understand that but as it is now, I won't be back.

Bad delivery service made my daughter cry by how rude he was

I ordered on Wednesday. Walk in take out. One of the best Gluten free pizzas i have ever had. Service was amazing. Friendly and prompt.

Pizza was delivered folded in half and only partially cooked. This was absolutely disgusting. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about our delivery, the person that answered refused to give me their name and refused to tell me the name of the store manager. Not only did we waste $50+ dollars, we were still hungry. Would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. Beware Apple Valley!
