I waited probably 30+ minutes for my pizza and cinnastix. There wasn’t anybody dining in so I’m not sure why it took the time it did. I noticed the girls making the pizza weren’t wearing food safety gloves. That made me uncomfortable and I wanted to just refund what I ordered and leave but I didn’t want to be THAT person and I was really craving some pizza. My cinnastix were still somewhat raw inside when I got home to eat them and they really didn’t have a lot of cinnamon topping on them it was mostly just bread :( the pizza was okay in that it seemed cooked through but $25 for a small is just outrageous. Please wear gloves when you’re prepping people’s food 🥴

Ultimately I came to leave an upsetting review, but things ended up amazing! I seen the line running real slow in the back until a young Hispanic boy showed up and got things moving along alot faster, found out his name is Hector. Another great spirit was Gracie. I strongly believe them two made my visit to the pizza factory a great experience

Ordered for delivery and was over 45 minutes late. When I called the guy in charge (supervisor/manager?) was very unprofessional and just made excuses. I asked why they couldn’t just call to tell me it was delayed and he said they didn’t have time for that. Got my pizza ok, breadsticks were not hot and one of the marinara cups had opened and spilled. This is the third time I’ve had a late or bad delivery.

Best pizza in town! My daughter lives in Oak Hills and goes to the Pizza factory in Phelan, and enjoys their pepperoni pizza, after a few slices she's had enough. When she visits me in Apple Valley, she picks up a large pepperoni pizza from the local Pizza factory, and totally pigs out on their pie! A little fresher, tastier sauce, good medium crust, and totally covered with spicy thin sliced pepperoni!!! Wonderful...

Pizza factory has the best pizza in Apple Valley by far. Their staff is so friendly, it’s very welcoming for families and they have daily specials. They recently upgraded their arcade and our kids absolutely love the new machines. It’s also a great place to host team parties and birthdays.

This is a little pizza place. Like any pizza place it has regular booths and tables, a little bar area. However, the pizza is the best! The crust is awesome, especially when you ask for the pizza to be 'well done' the crust will be crispy, not hard, with a nice chewy texture. Their tomato sauce is perfect, not sour or sweet. They add a good amount of toppings, no complaints here, and the pizza is never greasy! The employees are friendly and courteous. This is my number one place for pizza!

Came in ordered and my pizza never came out, I asked for a refund and the girl was so rude that the pizza was coming and didn't want to give me a refund had to stand there for 15min waiting for a refund
