Best pizza for the money, I enjoy it every time we come to california. My only complaint is we dont have one in my town!

I rented this place so low because I had a delivery and when the food got to me it was cold. Don't waste your time by any of the sandwiches they are overpriced and they're very small, the pizza is good but sometimes they do tend to overcook the crust. I think I prefer to dine in it's a really basic American style pizzeria atmosphere they serve beer and you can take a family and sports games and hang out.

Celebrated my daughter's birthday. The food was DELICIOUS. Pizza was so tasty. They even gifted my daughter with a birthday cookie ?. The vibe was so perfect. Highly recommend this spot. Thank you Pizza Factory was a perfect night.

This was the second time we came here and sat at the bar and we were ignored, we sat for 10 minutes before we left. Several staff members would make eye contact with us and not say anything. We’ve sat at the bar before and have gotten served, one girl is always really good but anyone else who has served us was not very attentive, so I can’t tell if we can only order at the register or if they provide typical restaurant service as well. Either way, it’s very frustrating, so we won’t be back.
Really great people that care about their customers and craft. The owner sold dough to me & took 10 minutes to give me advice & show me some tricks so i can make pizza at home. Very cool!

We came here on a whim because we were hungry and the pizza smelled great from the parking lot. The service was decent, you basically order at the counter and they bring the food to you, and that's basically the most you'll get service wise unless you ask for something else. It's a cool place for watching sports events and it has a little arcade selection for the kids. The food: we ordered the Pepperoni Duo, an order of Mozzarella sticks, and boneless classic buffalo wings. The first thing to be brought out were the mozzarella sticks and let me tell you, when we saw the serving size compared to the price point, we were disappointed. We paid around $7-$8 for FIVE sticks. FIVE MOZZERELLA STICKS! We're a family of four and we were not happy about it. because of the small serving size. Needless to say they didn't taste too bad. Next, they brought out our pizza, the pepperoni duo. This one was pretty good and super fresh. The only complaint I have is that they don't have the pizza spatulas so it made it difficult to pull slices away without all the cheese and toppings falling off. The crust was ok, tasted kind of like a saltine cracker. I give the pizza a 7.5/10. Lastly, they brought out our boneless wings out. Granted I know a lot of people say boneless wings are basically chicken nuggets, that's exactly what these looked and tasted like. These were the most disappointing of the entire meal. They looked like budget Tyson chicken nuggets coated in a cheap BWW buffalo sauce! They weren't even fresh, they got cold within a few minutes of being brought to our table. All of this and two drinks and we paid $52. I can tell you now, this was definitely not worth $52. I'll gladly go to Gridiron Pizza instead next time and get my moneys worth. Sorry Pizza Factory.
