Completely disappointed. Ordered pizza waited over an hour passed estimated time for delivery. App said still making. Called to check on status and i was put on hold and left on hold. I drove over to find out they cancelled my order- not a new customer and order was pre-paid with credit card. No notification of cancellation they said they tried to call- guy must have dialed wrong because they didn’t call me. So now two hours later. No pizza. Credit card charged. Said...read full review
I placed an online order today. It was a big order. Even tho I paid for the extra toppings on the pizzas there was hardly toppings on them. I order the 24 pcs of bone in wings I had to pay for extra ranch that I didn't even get. Hot wings were cold as well as the bone out wings. They used to have better service then this.
Worst ever. Not even cooked all the way. Never again will we order pizza hut
