Ok! Let me start by saying Abby is a HORRIBLE manager with an HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered 4 personal pans. Which all 4 came out horribly. I went back inside and let them see the finished product. One of the team members whom was actually nice said I needed to speak with the manager. Ok, fine I’ll speak with her. As soon as I saw her I already knew she didn’t wanna be at work. Anyway I proceed to tell her the pizzas and no cheese on it and could they be re made. She says in a snippy voice there’s nothing they can do about it that’s how it came out. Well Abby that’s unacceptable and ik for a fact you guys don’t normally make pizza like this. So she has her attitude punches on the keyboard with such angry. When I asked her name, she mumbled under her breath and I had to ask twice. Either she needs MORE training or she doesn’t need to b a manager. Very unprofessional. Very RUDE.

Ordered a family deal box pan pizza meal. They called and said there was no pan pizza and substituted us for hand tossed. We got two extremely small hand tossed pizzas and all of the food was cold. Save your money and go to Oggies.

I happen to deliver for this location with a couple different apps off and on. I’ve seen a couple times now recently where an employee has to put THEIR OWN MONEY, into the register because they had to cancel an order that wasn’t due to their own fault. This highly AGAINST the law in California. I have always had a great experience with the staff here as a customer or delivery, even when I have to wait because they’re busy. Financial punishments for staff where embezzlement is not involved is illegal, plus… the till gets off, where and how is that extra money being handled on the books? I’m sure there is more I don’t know, but I’d ask the franchisee to look into the management of this location to avoid a larger lawsuit against them.

Made an Order online a they canceled it, try to say they try calling us but never got a call. Over 1hr an a half had to reorder an now wait another 30min they said.

Had a horrible experience at this pizza hut. The workers had attitudes for no reason. I had ordered 1 personal pizza and 2 ranch and the work who was taking my order repeated my order. I go back in after 15 min to get my pizza and told the worker I had order 2 ranch and she said I did not order it and I told her the other worker is there and said she added it. She kept trying to charge me for ranch that I ordered already. I thought customer was always right? Horrible service.

This is the only pizza hut location that continuously gets my order wrong does not do refunds and can't fix my order due to not having the dough. Employees are always rude. I was told that my order was partially my fault and that I ordered the incorrect order honestly the woman looked like she was on drugs and i felt like she was attacking me for the wrong order i hate this location and there is a reason i avoid the location and cooperate is hard to get in contact no one ever answers the phones and not once have i ever been contacted for the unsattisfying service that they provide and I feel scared out my money

The worker/woman putting your pizza's together in the box was awesome.
Every time I come here, the pizza Is not cooked all the way it tastes like uncooked dough I gave them plenty of chances I was told by one of the workers that their pizza is always like that and it’s always going to be doughy I just ate the cheese off of it. Can’t believe they sell this stuff.something has to be be done
