This is the only pizza hut location that continuously gets my order wrong does not do refunds and can't fix my order due to not having the dough. Employees are always rude. I was told that my order was partially my fault and that I ordered the incorrect order honestly the woman looked like she was on drugs and i felt like she was attacking me for the wrong order i hate this location and there is a reason i avoid the location and cooperate is hard to get in contact no one ever answers the phones and not once have i ever been contacted for the unsattisfying service that they provide and I feel scared out my money

Every time I come here, the pizza Is not cooked all the way it tastes like uncooked dough I gave them plenty of chances I was told by one of the workers that their pizza is always like that and it’s always going to be doughy I just ate the cheese off of it. Can’t believe they sell this stuff.something has to be be done

Purchased a NY XL cheese pizza online upon pick up Nathan the store manager had an issue with locating my order. I showed my Pizza Hut no receipt on my Pizza Hut account/ my emailed receipt/ and also my Venmo payment receipt . I was treated as if I never placed an order. I was told they will “REMAKE” a pizza they NEVER MADE AS HE COULDN’T find it in his system. Made the pizza and overcooked the cheese pizza they asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked him what could he do? Mind you I had 3 kids in the car hungry / 2 on the spectrum and are crying for this pizza. Waited for burnt pizza , asked for a drink for the inconvenience and he said No. Wow We eat at Pizza Hut twice a week due to their food sensitivities.I WILL NEVER GIVE ANY PIZZA HUT ANOTHER $1. I hope it was worth it as God don’t like ugly.
Called in my pizza order and when I arrived I noticed on their monitor that my pizza was ready. The girl greeted me and said she'll be right with me. Another worker was there and continued making pizzas. I waited while she finished boxing and taping up two pizzas and cookies. A new customer came in just as she finished boxing the order. The worker called out a name for the order and it happened to be for the woman that just walked in. I asked about my order and was told that she would be helping the customer who walked in minutes after me. So, I left.

Very rude and pizza was worse then a frozen pizza. I went to ask her name, I said to do a good review. She said to leave, and then said Sarah. When clearly that was not her name. Not going to put her on blast by name. But I sure the hell will never go there again. Little Ceasars is right across the street and better food and people. Her wife must up upset her before work or something. If you hate your job, QUIT
Parking: She saw my car and though I wad a homeless guy living in my car. Said I can't park in front and eat
Kid-friendliness: Some Crack head lives next door to the entrance. Make sure you bring some spear change or he will throw shit at you car while you ordering. His name is Hector, luckly I had a few extra dollars for him.

I got my pizza delivered and they charged us for cheese bread sticks and we called to let them know we got regular ones the manager was in the bathroom for more than 20 minutes and we called back and still nothing then the guy told us that she would call us back to talk about the mistake and she never did! 1/10 stars will not be ordering for here again
