The service was horrible. There was a sign that said wait to be seated even though the resturant was empty. People in front of us were seated right away and we were left there for 10 minutes. When we were seated it took even longer for the waiter to recognize us. Ordered a simple salad and burger and got the burger wrong, to hungry to even complain. The waiter dident even look at us the whole time. We finished our food and had to even get a different waiter who wasn't ours to get us our check. Took 20 minutes for us to finally get our check even thoguh we had finished our food. When we did get our check the waiter threw the check on the table without even looking at us. The waiter was so much better towards other guests it was ridiculous. Was worse as was celebrating my brothers 18th birthday. I dont know if it was because we were young or mexican. I hated the experience and wished I had chosen another resturant. Do not reccomsnd dont waste your money the food isent even that good.
The waiter was named Lindsey. I want to thank the owner for reaching out. However, please name the options you are willing to provide to make it to me.

Stopped here on our way back from a fun weekend of snow play at big bear. Would definitely come back and highly recommend for any one driving through the area. I ate a burger and my wife got the pulled pork sandwich (coleslaw was fantastic!), kids ate chicken fingers and all of us were very satisfied!

This is my first time eating here in years. Food was so delicious! The batter and crisp on the Pickle fries was not what I[ expected. The Big Belly burger was so huge, plus perfectly medium cooked and brilliantly seasoned. Our server Kara (I think, she's the pregnant one) was on top of everything.

Let me start by apologizing for such a negative review, but last 3 times its been sadly bad. Rib eye steak priced at $37 plus was fatty. My wife ordered the special NY w shrimp and they placed the shrimp on top of steak basically taking the beef flavor out of the steak. Our waitress asked how is everything 10 seconds after a server dropped off our food. We had not taken a bite of our mediocre meal. Bake potato tasted has it had been reheated a couple times. Dried out as heck. Garlic bread tasted as it was day old bread. Onion rings were cold, not even warm. Grandson’s Salmon $28.95 was charred(Burned). For the Prices they charge the quality needs to severely improve. Next steak dinner outing we will drive to Texas Roadhouse or Steer N Stein. Our waitress didn’t even refill our drinks. Im only one customer so im sure they don’t care. We will not be going there again.
To the owner, our waitress was tall w tattoos on her arms. Short t medium hair approximately in her late 30s. I suggest you send a secret diner once a month to check quality of service and food. Threw away receipt and dont know waitress name. We sat near window area by bar. I be eery t go back and eat another meal and waste $80 for another mediocre meal. No offense.

Food was pretty good ..service was extremely slow only four tables and had to wait 20 mins before we could get a wait staff to get our drink orders in got my salad and appetizers at the same time as my food. Wait staff acted like we were a bother . A guy from bar ended up taking our order. He was nice and tryed to help but our regular waitress was not attentive at all. Id say its really nothing to write home about,Unfortunately but id try again if staff was professional property trained. Only cause food wasnt bad. I do love the layout and atmosphere of building. Cute decore.
We went for my grandmas birthday yesterday evening and when me and my boyfriend sat down we weren’t greeted at all by our server and I had to start calling out where’s our server and someone came running over and said if we were ready for drinks but we had been there atleast 15 minutes we were ready to order. Food comes and she messed up his order he ordered a pastrami burger and he was given a sandwich and my grandpas order was messed up as well. Maybe it was too loud she couldn’t hear us I don’t know what the issue was. My sister in law on the other hand ordered ribs and her food never arrived and when she asked for it to be taken off the bill because she never received it the server really asked is she sure when we were ready to go and everyone has already ate. Also requested a refill for my boyfriend’s drink and never received as well so we just paid and left. For sure will not be returning as maybe the service was different because we weren’t their usual customers to fit their expectations.

My son and I are making this place a Thanksgiving tradition. This year is the third in a row that we've eaten there. Everything is perfect. There has always been too much food to eat at one sitting and despite the fact that everything is delicious I wound up bringing half of it home including a slice of pumpkin pie.

Honestly randomly stopped here on a road trip and we are so glad we did. The food am was phenomenal. No frozen crap here -everything from scratch and super fresh. All their portions are huge and you get so much food for the price. Lots of options on the menu. Wish we lived closer so we could eat here all the time. Definitely worth the visit!
