This is the best coffee I’ve found so far in the high desert. The only problem is how busy they are getting now after offering such a great product. They are incredibly amazing and I pray they stay that way for decades to come.

I just started coming here and already hooked. Coffee is so good here. I have tried a lavender latte and a Spanish latte, both are amazing! I love they don't charge extra for oat milk like most places. One thing I wish was that they had a bigger size for hot drinks.

The best coffee in the Victor Valley, perhaps the Western United States.

My husband was across the street at the armory so I went to Solo Brew and Roasters for a pick me up. I've seen their booth at the farmers market but I've never stopped by because their line is always so long! I ordered the earl Grey tea latte iced. Let me tell you, I'm a tea latte snob and this is SO GOOD. I wish I would have gotten a regular size! I also ordered the cinnamon rolls and ahhhh they were so Good we gobbled them up. The service was great. My drink was made super fast and they offered me a bag for my food cause I was carrying my 7 month old. Great place! Adorable seating areas too. Next time we're on that side of town I'm stopping by again definitely!!!!

Well to start off this may be the best spot in the high desert to get a coffee. So to start off I am a coffee snob everyone I know says I have a commercial espresso machine in my kitchen so I don't have to drink poor quality coffee. I can now say I will be coming here weekly on one of my days off to enjoy a coffee and read a book. Coffee output is 10/10 best in the desert and that is not me just being nice. You can tell they strive for the best quality and consistency when the syrups and sauces are weighed out in each cup to ensure the same flavor every time you come here. This spot does get busy though and a line can form very quick but I like how they only take a couple orders then make those drinks then take some more orders. I prefer that then my order being lost in the pile. You can expect a consistent quality espresso shot here that will not disappoint. There is not the most seating but that fine most people who go here appear to take it to go. But yeah everything from ground distribution to milk steaming this is definitely higher tier coffee. The price too is 4.50 for a regular well for what you get that's the cheapest I have seen pre impressive they are able to maintain that price and still maintain a profit. So far I have tried every flavor of lattes as of today no complaints

I am so particular with coffee. From a previous Washingtonian, we take coffee so seriously LOL. Starbucks is always burnt, Dutch is too sweet, and Dunkin’ is a hit or miss. I’ve tried other small businesses around here but none of them compare to this place. The coffee was SO GOOD. The employees were so kind. Will 100% be coming back!

The Maple Salt Latte and Spanish bagel is the best! This place also has great drinks for kids.

Stopped in for the first time looking for fresh beans for my espresso machine at home. The many people in line was a sign of good things to come. The place looks great and the folks there were super nice. Ordered a cortado, it was excellent. My wife ordered a hot chocolate. She raved about it. I also asked if they could suggest some whole beans to make espresso. I got a pound of their freshly roasted Guatemala Huehuetenango. I've had my machine for 6 years, this is the best I've had at home. This will be a regular stop for me. Can't recommend Solo enough.

If I can give this place 1000 stars I would. They have the best coffee in the entire world. And i went across our country and still haven’t anything better than solo. They are truly amazing they care about the service they provide. Their pastries, are amazing they make everything themselves. It’s worth every penny. You can tell there’s a lot of love in their passion. My favorite coffee shop you should try it I promise you won’t regret it
