Very very slow 🐌 😴 customer service is the worst. Make sure your gas tank is full, your gonna be waiting for both... taking the order to delivery.

items were really good. I went late, and I feel it took a bit of time as I ordered online and went to (the very few) mobile order spots to pick up. They are super nice tho.

Food is good but the wait is always bad. Today I got there ordered on the app before arriving like always. Once I checked in at #20 it took 30 mins till I pushed the button to check on my order. Many other cars came and went before me. Then 10mins later I watch the girl make my slushes and bring out our food. Once getting my food it was room temperature and no longer hot. I like Sonic’s but the wait always makes me second guess going. This site needs help with the queue and different types of orders.

Apparently there was a car that went through the drive-thru but didn't put their order in at the speaker. They waited to go to the window. So what was supposed to be a burger and onion rings turned into a 30 minute wait behind the person who was so rude to not order at the speaker. I had to tell the guy that was collecting our money outside to just have her move into a parking spot since it was her fault we were all waiting. There were seven cars that I could see and two of them honked. It should be a process that if they can order at the speaker to take their order and have them pull into a parking spot

Service is so close. Have only 1 employee helping everyone. I ordered my food to be ready at 630pm. And I didn't get it until 7pm waited 30min when I ordered in advance so I don't have to wait.. not happy at all 😔

Pulled up at the drive thru to order a few shakes and slushies and ask the girl for help for the type of flavors you guys had to offer and she had an attitude and stated that there was a menu outside to look for it ourselves.I don't believe this is the proper way to handle customer service even after I spent over $47!

Avoid this place!!!!!!! Further update. Wasted even more time. Contacted Ted them again. I found one of the receipts online but other one wasn't showing as little older since have been trying to contact them. Still no help. Nothing handled. Said I would have to wait for word from store. As usual. No response. Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. Useless. I never leave a one star feedback unless they have gone out of their way to upset me or other customers I have seen. This is a follow up after I got the response from the owner. I did as they asked and went in and sent the info there again. Pure lack of customer service. They want me to go back now and search for receipts. I told them they have the info and I had already sent the info on both occasions after the problem. The lady Alesha refused to help or do anything. This is a company that doesnt stand behind their product, It wasnt like I said there was an issue with $30 in food. They are upsetting customers over a grilled cheese that wasnt cooked and a few corn dod=gs that were over cooked in old grease. I am torn as I usually like sonic when the food is cooked and done right. The problem comes it isn't always done right. Like a grilled cheese on cold ungrilled white bread, or corn dogs that over cooked in old grease. I have twice asked to be contacted and never hear anything. Plus if you order ahead of time on the app to have your food ready. You still end up waiting for it. They have also gone away from the foam cups that keep your drink colder.

It always takes for everyone to get your food you order online ahead of time to have it ready when you get there and you still have to wait for 20+ minutes to get your food And it dirty.

Waited atleast 30 mins in the drive thru to receive attitudes from the staff, they were so rude!!
The food was not only cold but tasted old like it had been sitting for hours .
Do not waste your money here, go anywhere else beside here. This place is a joke and should be shut down .
