Sonic apple valley ca , sucks you called to speak to a manager, no one answers, you go to one of the stalls to place your order, employees don’t know the menu, they leave you hanging there and never come to take your order. I think sonic Apple Valley Ca , needs to train their employees better. I couldn’t even place my order cause no one could take my order. Really sucks..

Came to sonic at 6:50 pm the customer service was rude and the girl just seemed to have an attitude. She told us that they didn't have any ice cream, (no problem) just overall didn't have very good customer service.

I love sonic but today I had ordered the #10 witch was a box that came with onion rings/chicken strips/ tater tots/ and a piece of toast with a drink, and unfortunately only got 1 single onion ring! Not 2-3 but just 1, that was disappointing and I didn’t want to complain because I was hungry and everything else was good just a little let down, the workers should pay a little more attention when packaging food. Over all good service!
