Usually when I ask Starbucks for extra caramel and extra caramel crunch, they jip me and give me a tiny amount. This location HOOKED ME UP. I asked for extra, (paid for extra) and got exactly what I meant when I asked for more lol. Fast service regardless of the line. Friendly service.

I love how quick their drive through is and how nice everyone is, but I ordered two tall strawberries n creme for my kids and they would not touch their drinks. I tried both and they tasted super watery and like there was almost no sweetness or strawberry flavor. Had to toss both drinks cause it was pretty bad.

November 12 11:49 am I decided to get a drink for my daughter. The drinks were very good, but I felt very bad that I ordered a pink drink by accident and they started laughing at me. I feel very embarrassed and awkward because I said this, i’m not a Starbucks drinker? but not really what I said, it was the fact that everyone laughed at me. I heard it on the speaker. It was over 3, 4 laughing at the same time.?

Went through drive through and was never told that they canceled one of my drinks on top of that the one drink I did order was made incorrectly. The woman at the window had a terrible attitude with us although we were nice and understanding.

Great clean place, friendly staff, amazing coffee as always.
I ordered from Uber eats and was told that when he asked them to please only put a thin layer of the pumpkin cold foam, they were extremely rude about it and said they couldn’t reopen the bag… I needed it remade not scooped out .. I called and got hung up on before my sentence was even finished. When my drink arrived, it was actually perfectly fine no complaints.. however, it’s the customer service that I’m appalled with. Someone should be fired and it’s not like I feel I’m able to call back and speak to a manager without being hung up on again.
