Well, I am pleasantly surprised that I have been going to Starbucks. Because I never liked their coffees ☕️ 😔. Instead, I have been ordering their different Teas, which are very good 👍 😀 😉 either hot or iced, along with their delicious 😋 cookies or heated sandwiches 🥪 😋. For a quick snack and drink you can't miss, they are consistent and quick. Most have smiles and friendly 😊 service.

If I could give 0 stars the staff had the doors locked at 10 o clock with customers inside all I asked was to be let in while I waited for a ride because my car ran out of gas up the road and I was locked outside in the cold worst Starbuck and employees kept looking at me like I was a sideshow

I came through drive thru on Nov. 1st, approx. 11:42 AM. My barista, I believe her name started with a Q, Qannah, or something of that sort. Colored eyes, with light brown hair was extremely rude and condescending! I was trying to order my drink as I do on the app (steamed oatmilk with add ons) she did not know what I was trying to order. I kept trying to explain to her what I wanted and how I wanted it built. She kept speaking to me in a condescending tone, telling me she didn’t know if they were going to be able to build that. When I tried to explain to her my order and what I wanted added she kept interrupting me. I just pulled forward to the window so I could physically show her my order through the app. I could hear her say “I wasn’t done hun”. So condescending and attitude filled. My dad got upset asking if it was her taking orders, and she was like “I am now”. I believed she double downed because I could visibly see her name tag. I recognized her voice, so I know it was the same rude woman taking our order. It’s just frustrating to get treated badly when you’re already spending your hard earned money in an establishment.

On top of that, the med. pumpkin spice frappe I ordered tasted watered down and had barely to none pumpkin flavor or anything. I never had an issues at this location until now. So disappointing.

I've been coming to this location for a few years every morning and I can't say enough good things about this location. Always friendly and clean. Great staff, great service, and always a great atmosphere!!!!!!

I no longer will be coming to this location. Visited this past Saturday 09/21/24 submitted a mobile order at 8:07am literally did not leave until 8:40am. Summer was extremely rude. She said they didn't have the salted non dairy matcha drink so I said that's OK can I get it refunded so she goes to tell this guy to help me at the register and I think the guy was new because she was telling him what to do and I seen how she was talking to him which I felt terrible for the guy that was trying to get me the refund I told them if it was easier I'd just switch the drink and she answered with attitude "that's why I told you earlier about the drink" and I told her whatever it will take for her to have a better day she can do. She was EXTREMELY rude. The guy apologized on her behalf. Thanks to the guy that was so sweet and patient I didn't catch your name, he did say he was covering from the Ranchero location, thanks again!?
