Bought a bag of light roast , Veranda I think? The nice Barista ground it for me cheerfully and promptly. I prefer the lighter roasts for the more nutty roasted flavor. It allows other flavors to come through. The dark roasts are "heavy on the tongue" with their more burned flavor. Great job Starbucks BEAR VALLEY and APPLE VALLEY

Overall just a weird atmosphere. And there's no customer service. They're just rude and standoff-ish, unless they wanna stand around and just talk.they will literally stop their convo and walk away from you before they would just let you know someone would help in a second.

The tall curly haired guy that took our order was amazing! He was so friendly and patient with us. He even helped us with suggestions to make our drinks yummier. Glad we chose to stop by.
Unfortunately this is the Starbucks on my way to work. I have had to request a do over on my drink 3 times now because they were watery and disgusting. Today was the last straw for me. I requested a do over because the cold brew was so watery and disgusting. I got the new drink and it was the same. I’d recommend buying STOKS from the store. You can honestly make it yourself and it tastes waaaay better.

It is the first time, apparently, that they went out of their way to disappoint me, I ordered a Vt caramel macchiato with an extra coffee and what they gave me was painted water with milk and coffee (no extra). At home I make better coffee, total disappointment of this particular franchise, the worst $6.99 I have ever

Place my order in the drive thru asked for a tall ginger bread man chai first the size was wrong on the screen and was told to pull forward after that AT the window I was charged 12 dollars from my app for the wrong order and my drink was still wrong ? and the money was pulled and not

I tried giving this location a chance over the years but somehow it's always a disaster. I was a partner at Starbucks for 8 years so I always try to be extra kind to the baristas because know how hectic it can get. But somehow this location always gets it wrong. Two separate times my sausage breakfast sandwich was still frozen in the center. (I know 1st world problems.) The one time I asked to get it warmed up some more they literally burned it black and gave it back to me that way like somehow that's what I wanted. I don't ever order anything special or have a crazy drink order except I always get extra ice which I feel like is not a big ask. Anyway had not come back in months to this location but decided to give it another try and my drink is usually pretty dark in color because of the extra ice there is less milk. So I'm the drive through I tell the girl with the peach pink glasses that that's the wrong drink because it looks like a cup of cream practically. She makes this bizarre scrunched up face that I've only ever seen babies make. She very rudely says it is my drink. I grab it and it's not even the right order so I hand it back telling her it's actually someone else's drink. More weird scrunched up faces at me and she says no it is mine. I'm not going to sit here and argue so I just ask her to take it off my order and leave without my drink. Got the correct drink later at a different location. Normally getting the wrong drink or messed up food I can live with and move on. But this girl was so obnoxious and rude!
