So me and my boyfriend came to get a drink from this location today in the drive thru . I gave him my phone which had my order that I wanted in my notes . My order was a “Venti brown sugar, shaken espresso with two pumps of pumpkin, pumpkin cold foam, caramel drizzle and extra cinnamon topping . Then my boyfriend was undecided what he wanted so he was just gonna get a grande pumpkin cold brew and ask for extra pumpkin. But that’s when they said in the drive thru that it had like vanilla made with it, what made it pumpkin was the cold foam . So he told them is it similar to the vanilla cold brew and they said no because again the pumpkin cold brew was only the pumpkin cold foam that made it pumpkin. So he told them “sorry can you just give me a vanilla cold brew with the pumpkin cold foam with 4 vanilla syrup . So they gave him his order . When I got my drink and we had to leave the drive thru I notices my drink was a “grande” not a “venti”and I didn’t see any caramel drizzle or cinnamon topping that should have been on the cold foam . My boyfriend was gonna take my drink back in for me but I told him let’s just go because he had somewhere to be . So I drink some of my drink and it tasted like a cold brew, I got a cold brew before and liked it but I didn’t want a cold brew I wanted the brown shaken expresso . It didn’t had no cinnamon taste to it, it just takes like a cold brew with pumpkin cold foam I don’t know if they just decided to give me the drink my boyfriend was asking about before but I wasn’t happy about the drink at all

I wish I could give this review NO STARS. To be honest I don’t know why I keep coming here. The attitude of the employees here are horrible. You greet them with a Hi & Thank you and no response or even an acknowledgment. You ask for a straw or napkin and the employees in the drive thru act like it’s an inconvenience. My drinks always wrong or missing something. I have to drive 10 miles to a different Starbucks to get my coffee. The staff at that location are so pleasant and are thankful you came into their location. I never complain or really review but maybe this location needs to rehire the staff. I am a manager myself and take pride in how my staff treats our clients because at the end of the day they are a reflection of the company and management.

After taking out a reverse mortgage for a grande pumpkin spice latte and a venti pink drink, I was served ice in a cup with some dehydrated strawberries....let me know what you think. This is a nice starbucks. There's lots of room to go and sit down and hang out or do some work. The service friendly and the wait inside wasnt too long considering the drive thru line was wrapped around the buikding.

This particular store is very nice. I have been here maybe three different occasions and it never seems to fail. They get the order right and make sure that everything is how you want it. I will always come back to this spot if I am in the area. Strawberry frappuccino with extra caramel in the cup and drizzle and the raspberry dots and there was a couple of other things but I can't remember lol

I ordered a matcha frappuccino with raspberry syrup. I got a mocha frappuccino. I was not gonna go back but I did since I was still in the parking lot. They fixed my order but I got it back and it looked completely the same as before. A dark gray color. The second time I got it it tasted like crushed ice with no flavoring.

I usually get my coffee here usually good experience. Today this young lady at the window getting payment with a black nose ring touched my coffee stopper from the part that goes inside my cup. I had to wipe it before using it. Disappointed!

Drink was soooo plain. The drinks had absolutely no flavor. Felt watered down. Very disappointed. Spent 24 bucks on quite literally water downed shaved ice. And with a tip?
