All I know is when you're nice sometimes people are nice back. The young gentleman that waited on me was extremely polite and accommodating. All I did was ask for a little extra cream in my chocolate cream cold brew, and as I said he was very accommodating. The chocolate cream just sets it off for me and my girl. Thank you for reading and I hope whatever Starbucks you find yourself at, may the people be as friendly and accommodating as they were at my visit.

Love this new location! They have couches with electrical outlets for your device charging convenience ?????? atmosphere was nice and calm...although the music was a little loud for my old ears. Lol. I really do give it a 5 stars though.

Ordered on the app. To pickup in the drive thru and when I got to the window I was given my food and asked three times by the same person what my drink order was and then once again what it was and what size. My drink order wasn't even made correctly and tasted horrible.

I don't know when Starbucks started creating such cold atmospheres inside.. the staff was nice but could be warmer with smiles.It just doesn't feel like the place you can hunker down with your book or laptop and feel cozy and warm with your coffee. Idk maybe all Starbucks are going for this cold, steel and empty feeling environment now?Other than that, there are some really sweet people working here.
Amber and Q, the manager, are AMAZING ??. I will keep coming back because of their GREAT customer service. They made my mother & I smile feel heard respected ? are drive up visit was just the perfect experience. Thank you, ladies for showing how it's done.

The location is not the best because of it being in a small lot, causing there to be an awkward trail of cars from the drive-thru into a back alley. Nonetheless this location provides great and fast service that makes the line run smoothly. I love coming here.

Okay. I ordered a 5 dollar tea, and the register asked me to give a 5 dollar tip for a 5 dollar tea! Because of guilt-tipping, I gave a 1 dollar tip, which is 20 percent of 5 dollars. And the young server who looks fresh out of high school or still in high school gave me the look. It made such an impact on me that day. I thought to myself (such privilege she has! Most people don't get tips for their jobs, and we worked extra hard and overtime! We miss holidays and don't have time to live our lives, while also dealing with ungrateful people. Many of us don't even get paid overtime because we are on salary, which is only enough to barely keep us alive. And you expect me to tip 100 percent for handing me overpriced tea on a hot summer day! In this economy! If you want free money, go ask your guardians or your parents! I am not your responsibility!) Seriously, Starbucks is starting to piss me off. I was so upset that I decided that I will never tip anyone again unless my server goes above and beyond for me. I have not tipped since then.Venting over.

I simply asked for a Carmel Macchiato stirred and the lady was like "oh you mean upside down" NO, I meant can you stir the drink! Sorry if that was too hard for you to understand but it means you put a straw in and swirl it around the cup not build the drink upside down... maybe they will provide dictionaries for the employees. Thanks for the upside down, not stirred drink, I won't make such complicated request next time.
