There was one employee working alone when I visited today. With four people in line, she spent 5 minutes not working on making sandwiches but fiddling with the meat trays. I went over to Staters to get chips and came back about 8 minutes later. The same 4 people were in line and she still hadn't make anything for any of them. I left and drove up the road a bit but was heading out to ride dirtbikes and there were no other options for food on the way out toward Lucerne Valley. I turned around and went back, thinking id order sandwiches at Staters but there options were limited. I surely she'd helped all the customers by then (30 minutes had passed since I first entered the store) and she was only just making the food for the two people left in line. It took her a solid 10 minutes to make their food and take their payment, but I was happy I was at least finally up to order. When she approached me, though, she pointed to an online order and said she had to make that first. I asked her please to make my sandwiches as I was the only customer remaining of a line that started 40 minutes ago. She said no and that she had to make the online order. I'm floored they employee someone this slow and incompetent and that they left her to work alone. She was clearly not capable. I walked out.

My boss and I went to this Subway three times in a row. The first time I was going to order a sandwich with a certain bread, however the young lady informed me they do not carry that bread. I thought to myself, why carry it? So I got a salad instead. I ate half of it and took the other half home to put some more dressing on the dry remainder. The young lady's attitude was a little blase.
So the next day my boss and I did attempt this Subway again. This time I did get a sandwich with some bread that they did carry, however, my boss and I both noticed that they were out of three condiments that are somewhat staple in my book. Again, the young ladies attitude was blase.
Third time, a different young lady was working the sandwich line, she was very friendly and outgoing, and all of the condiments were stocked.
I'm not sure if the other lady is a manager or something, but all three days I did notice that she had what appeared to be friends hanging out in the back manager's office.
Except for the young lady on the third day, everything else I was not impressed about this particular Subway shop.

The black girl that works at this establishment is always rude and rolling her eyes at customers and takes 10+ minutes between orders with 2 sandwiches. No sense of urgency and no customer service skills. This shop used to run so smoothly 5 years ago idk what happened here

Slow worker that doesn’t even acknowledge customer. No sense of urgency. For some reason only one worker. Spent half my lunch waiting in line. I will never come again. And advise not to come. When business is run like this they need to know to make adjustments. Since lack of attention to people’s food. It was just sloppy.

The girl in the morning was very nice and made my sandwich very well. She was kicking butt's and making people happy. My wife needs to take lessons from cashier # 4090. Can't get her name since this subway will not answer the phone night or day. Tryed 14x. In 1 hour. But much love to the worker on 9-25 at 10:55am for all her help, specially doing it alone with order after order coming in from doordash. Just moved here and found my new subway. Day 2 I went back, cashier 4111 at 1241pm. Wow. Very rude

I was very glad to receive some Subway coupons in the mail last week. It's been a while since they had any. It's always nice to save a few bucks especially with inflation completely out of control the way it is. I shop at Stater Brothers, so this Subway right next door is convenient. It is always clean, and the service is very good. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and work hard. Really enjoyed my lunch today. I will be back soon

After 5 TERRIBLE experiences at this subway, it’s time for a review. Just save yourself & DONT COME HERE. They never have what’s on the menu, & when I proceeded to ask why they didn’t have what I was requesting off of the menu I was told ā€œI told you I didn’t have it. That means I don’t have itā€ in the most unprofessional manner. Sierra was the only person working, when asked if there’s a number I can contact to complain. She got VERY hostile & rude. I then asked for her name & she proceeded to ask me my name. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, honestly don’t know how this location is still open. I’ll tell EVERYONE I know in the high desert to NOT come here.

The atmosphere walking in was dead. The workers did not greet me or the person I was with. They did not have hardly any produce out of the regular selection of every other subway. I asked to get my sandwich toasted and the toaster barely warmed the bread. Overall worst subway experience I’ve had in my life.
