Never answer the phone food is wrong

Went in on 12/23/24 around 9:00am. Lady was in the back making bread. She seemed busy so we gave her a chance. No greeting though. Not even an “I will be right with you”. Waited longer, she could clearly see us standing there but would not even look our way. We just left. Other reviewers have posted similar issues. You can tell they don’t care about customers. Drove to another location.

Catering orders beware!!! First off, I would like to give credit to the workers at the Dale Evans location for being kind and true hard workers despite unexpectedly being put in a tough situation. With that being said, I placed a catering order for 200 people a week in advance for a staff appreciation. The order was to be delivered at 1:00pm and I received a confirmation the same day confirming that Subway received my order. The time came for the food to be delivered and the food did not arrive. I sent a chat message through the service they use, EZ Cater, and they said the delivery would be there in 15 minutes. 15 minutes passed and I called the restaurant and they said that they had just received the order 1 hour before the delivery was due. They said they would send the delivery driver with what was ready because I told them we had over 100 people waiting for their food. The delivery driver showed up about 15-20 minutes after that with some of the box lunches and then left. At that point, we then had to be the delivery drivers and start going back and forth to the restaurant and bringing the lunches as they were were completed so we could feed the staff that was waiting. Once in the restaurant, we could see the workers were scrambling to get the order completed. With so short of notice, they did not have enough ingredients or staff to properly complete the order. They had to substitute many of the items including the condiments because there was not enough on hand. They were visibly flustered and truly apologetic for what was happening. After speaking with the staff and store manager, they confirmed they had just received the order an hour prior to the delivery time. After speaking with EZ Cater as well it seems that the store owner confirmed the order but never informed the store in advance and caused this issue. We finally received the last of the sandwiches at 3:00pm, 2 hours after the scheduled delivery time. We had staff members who did not receive their lunch because their shift ended before we could get the food to them. This was completely unacceptable and could have been avoided if the owner had informed the staff of the large order in advance. To put your customers and staff in a such a stressful predicament is horrible. Unfortunately we will no longer be using Subway for large catering orders because we cannot risk having the same situation happen.
After waiting for at least 20 min in line (there were only 4 people ahead of me) I finally left. The two ladies working there on Monday at about 4:45 were the slowest employees I have ever seen! I can't believe how bad the customer service was . They just didn't care. Before I finally walked away, they BOTH started working on call in orders. If you are the manager, you should be ashamed to have employees with no knowledge of how to work efficiently. You have not done your job!

I ordered a The Pilly I opened the sandwich cause it looked there was nothing in it I was right there was stuff in it but it was 3 giant scoops of mayonnaise and like 4 pieces of steak… there wasn’t even green peppers or onions or cheese.. never ordered from this one again..

Everything was very clean, fast service and very friendly. The cashier who was there was in the morning and she was very friendly.

Over 41,000 restaurants and no gluten free bread? What a joke. No wonder I drive the extra miles to Jersey Mike's. Figured it was worth a try after 5 years. Maybe I'll try again in another 5.

Next time when I say if drinks are there don't say they are I live far but paid extra for drinks whoever works on Thursdays at 5pm

I ate here yesterday and got the worst food poisoning of my life.12/04/23 I'm still really sick and debating the hospital, I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and when I went to pick out the chicken it really seemed like the worker knew there was something wrong with it and was strongly recommending a different type of chicken I didn't realize until now that's what most likely happened. I tried to call and let them know the chicken was bad but after a half dozen calls no one will answer.

Visited this location a few days ago I ordered online and I guess u shouldn't do that because they need to be watched to make sure your sandwiches r made right I paid 2.50 for avacado that was never put on our sandwiches were all super hard made with stale bread I called as soon as I got home with my order no one would answer the phone so I drove down there got there at 930 and they locked the doors seen me out there and wouldn't answer I've reached out several times for no one to reach out back 2 me I call am and pm and no one ever answers the phone they pretty much stole 30 dollars from me and refuse to owe up to there mistake
