I ate here yesterday and got the worst food poisoning of my life.12/04/23 I'm still really sick and debating the hospital, I got a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and when I went to pick out the chicken it really seemed like the worker knew there was something wrong with it and was strongly recommending a different type of chicken I didn't realize until now that's what most likely happened. I tried to call and let them know the chicken was bad but after a half dozen calls no one will answer.

Visited this location a few days ago I ordered online and I guess u shouldn't do that because they need to be watched to make sure your sandwiches r made right I paid 2.50 for avacado that was never put on our sandwiches were all super hard made with stale bread I called as soon as I got home with my order no one would answer the phone so I drove down there got there at 930 and they locked the doors seen me out there and wouldn't answer I've reached out several times for no one to reach out back 2 me I call am and pm and no one ever answers the phone they pretty much stole 30 dollars from me and refuse to owe up to there mistake

It was good enough. My only complaint is that the bread was a little dry. Service was ok, but I couldn't give 5 star rating because every once in a while, you'll get a fantastic server, and it is not fair put them together?

Horrible customer service! FYI ! come to this store if you love being greeted with stank faces and rude attitudes. The floors had dirt all over them, unclean tables, soda machines, and overall store was in nasty condition.

Last time going there they never have anything no white bread and chicken I can’t believe this place is still open is just too bad they are in a nice area i which they can improve there choices and products.
Rude employees. The lady sat there for 5 minutes doing something else instead of asking us what we want. Stale bread and made my sandwich wrong even after I went over it many times. They burnt my friend's sandwich and didn't even toast mine after I asked twice. After me and my friend ate, we went back and went to get one for her brother, they were extremely rude and asked us "Do you need something?" One girl yelled at my friend because she didn't say "Lettuce" loud enough. Overall bad service and mid food. I couldn't even hear what one employee was saying to me and the other was being rude and throwing my sandwich together as sloppily as she could. I love subway, but go to a different one.

After a terrible experience at the Subway on highway 18 I went to the one on Dale Evans Parkway. Wow, what a difference, nice and friendly and they actually know how to make a sandwich nice and neat. I will definitely always be going back to this place.

Worst service, not sure what the name of the person was as he was not wearing a name tag but, we got there at 8:30pm and they said they were closing in 10 minutes but the app said they are open till 9:30pm. I would have understand but, his horrible actitud just made me and my family very uncomfortable. This is the first Sub I had such experience. They should learn how to treat their customers.

Zero complaints. This honestly was the best subway I've been in for a long time. Hannah was sweet and I did not catch the other workers name but they made good sandwiches and didn't forget or add anything I didn't want to what I ordered. All in all I will return to this location after soccer games any day.
