I come to the subway every so often.But recently, i've seen that the manager is very rude. So I don't go very often anymore, but today was the last time that I will go to this subway. Just my luck that the manager is there this time again and she starts yelling at an older lady that was in front of me for no good reason. UnbelievableThat people like this get hired to be manager, never come back. Don't go to this place, horrible.

I had a bad experience today Employee Ron made wrong sandwich never gave me receipt now saying our policy is saying we can’t do anything without receipt he has my receipt in the computer still . He said manager windy can’t help you either this is so ridiculous and frustrating wasted my money very very poor customer service

I tried to order online and tried to use 3 different cards to pay when it kept telling me the card had expired. Expiration dates were 2027, 28 and 29. Also my local subway says it does not do meal of the day deal

Walked in, was greeted right away. The wife and I ordered foot-long sandwiches. Service was quick and curtious. We were offered drinks and cookies, I love their oatmeal cookies but we passed on the cookies.

The employees were nice, but we had to ask more than 3 times for a rag to clean the table because EVERY table was dirty. We just kept being told "Hold on a second." They were asked when we were the o ly people in the restaurant and others were walking in. It is ridiculous that the dinning room was so dirty that there wasn't a single 4 top where my family could eat at without having someone else's crumbs. I saw the filth from across the restaurant. The employees should have, too.

Food and service was awesome. The reason I’m making this post if I left my wallet at this location without knowing. I was looking for it the whole week and I have some very important things in there. One of the workers, that I unfortunately didn’t get the name of drove my wallet all the way to my house in hesperia. Which is almost a 30 min drive. I wish I had cash to reward her for it. Whoever that was thank you for your kindness, God bless you for you going out of your way and returning it. Management.. she needs a raise.

Warning: This Subway is the only subway in the high desert that does not accept the continuous use food coupons. There is no signage stating this anywhere, and the staff was also extremely rude when informing me that it wasn't accepted.
