i never have a bad experience with them, i love taco bell but today was way different, first of all they were taking super long just to make the food, second of all i didn’t get my receipt, third of all the people didn’t give me my slushee nor 2 other things i ordered and payed for. i had work so i couldn’t go back to get it so i tried calling so i can come the next day and they don’t even answer their phone. i tried calling many times and no luck

Hit or Miss.I got the new grilled cheese fries or something and it's literally false advertisement haha it comes in a tiny box. I have 8 fries and a dip of nacho cheese and mixed cheese. Paid for steak and they gave me 10 pieces. Wth.

They say there open until 1am on the website but once I drove there the lady said they were closed. They are only open till 1 on Friday and Saturdays. What a waste of time and gas..
Extremely poor service and incompetent staff. Ordered my food at 2:35pm and at 3:05pm still have yet to recieve my order. Have seen the drive thru clear 4 times of a complete line of cars despite them making me wait over 30 minutes for 3 soft tacos.Update:Finally recieved my order at 307pm. I will definitely not be returning to this location until staff is trained better and management is replaced, since today's experience is a direct reflection of incompetent management. Taco Bell needs to shut this location down as it is going to tarnish the Taco Bell Brand if something isn't done.

The food items have gotten smaller while the prices have gone up significantly. While Taco Bell has a much larger variety on their menu, I have to say thar Del Taco's similar items are a better value.

I got a box of crispy tacos which actually came in a bag tasted fine but all the tacos were stuck to the paper at the bottom of each taco and when you attempt to remove the taco from the paper it tears out the bottom of the taco. Not cool.
