I placed an order via uber eats for this spot an hour before their listed closing time. My driver messaged me at 7:47 stating that he was treated rudely and kicked out because they closed early and that I had to cancel my order. If the establishment didnāt intend on making the order, they SHOULD HAVE and COULD HAVE contacted uber eats to decline the order. Instead, my poor friend, whom the dinner was going to got disappointed with no food. On top of that, I was out of town enjoying time with my family and had to be on the phone with customer support trying to figure out how to get a refund. Iāll never step foot or spend a penny in an establishment that doesnāt seem to have any regards for paying customers. āš½

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was disappointing. Iāve been here a few times, and each visit Iāve had issues with the same employee, Carolina. Her attitude is consistently rude, and it seems like she doesnāt want to be there.
Yesterday, I noticed a sign for 50% off from 3-4 pm and walked in about five minutes before 4 pm to ask if the offer was still valid. Carolina responded in a clearly annoyed tone, saying she didnāt know because she was āso busy.ā We went ahead and sat down, and when she approached to take our order, she rushed me and displayed very poor manners.
After placing the order, she raised her voice and told me that she couldnāt give me the discount because she was too busy and had to stop working on other customersā drinks to take our order. There were only three tables occupied in the restaurant, so it didnāt seem that busy. At that point, I didnāt even care about the discount anymore, but her behavior made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable. Her attitude was unprofessional, and I honestly felt like I was being treated with disdain.
This wasnāt the first time Iāve had a negative experience with her, and Iāve read other reviews with similar complaints. Itās clear to me that Carolinaās attitude is hurting the business, and I hope the owner takes notice.

Haven't been here in over a year. Bad experience but gave it another try. Well same rude lady working there. They screwed up my daughter's drink and when I informed her it was wrong she was extremely rude. She did fix the drink, but I guess figured since I'm white, I don't understand Spanish and decided to talk trash about us to her coworker. Food was still okay. Definitely need to get some new workers. I will not be coming back. Place needs to be cleaned up some. Scrub the food off the walls.

Gave this place three chances and I'm sorry to say that it completely failed me each and every single time. The broth which is the essence of the soup was not very good neither time. The chicken sandwich tasted like charcoal. But the worst part is that the meat in the soup tasted rancid the last time I went. I love PhĆ³ but unfortunately this restaurant is not up to par with any other phĆ³ restaurant I've been to. On a positive note the bobas are pretty good.

Rude waiter, Very nasty and unflavored the PHO just tastes like water with beef bullion and a top ramen seasoning packet just make the drive to pho kobe very disappointing was very hungry and didn't even eat the food man I want my money back

The girl is extremely rude. I came in and she said here or to go and I said here and she handed me a menu. I sat down and asked her if they had a highchair she said yeah towards the back. Did not grab it for me. I walk over there with my baby in my arms to grab it. I ordered the chicken pho. The chicken was tough and overcooked, the broth tasted like it came out of a box mixed with dishwater. I asked her for a small bowl and she went behind the register and stayed on her phone . Literally the worst customer service Iāve ever experienced. definitely will never return to this establishment
