I called and asked for them to put some condiments in my order because I always recieve my weekly order without. (Door Dash) Well, Maria R, claiming to be the manager, was very rude over the phone. To the point, where I started speaking Spanish and asking for the name of her manager due to her terrible attitude. At that point, she decided to be kind.Over all, not A great experience to be on the phone arguing with her over CONDIMENTS .

Great food! The drive thru was a little backed up but I think the Apple Valley police were having breakfast inside and since they serve our Community I had no problem with a few extra minites.

Tom's Burgers #20 is a must have . The food is great, the staff are welcoming and offer exceptional customer service. They definitely make you want to come back. I love this place and I'm sure that you will as well.
Dang!I know Toms is usually pretty good almost anything you order.But, I stopped through for a quick bite..The chicken filet sandwich!!!Wow.Smashed it.Thanks Toms....Definitely hit the spot and will return fer sher!!

The food was great. The only issue is that they wouldn't open the bathroom. It was over an hour before closing time, and they said NO!
Their food is good in a pinch. Sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not. They forget some ingredients on some of the dishes I've had. Makes it disappointing. And who wants to have to drive back to a place for them to correct their mistake. Always best to check your food before you drive away. Counter help is not always friendly. And they've taken orders from customers before me that were standing behind me. ??
