Thank you WaBa Grill for offering great food and most of it is naturally gluten free. I love the salmon bowl and it's good with rice or if you get all veggies with no rice. Thank you for the options.The times I've been there, the staff has been friendly. Not something I've come to expect from a fast food place.Dietary restrictions: They don't have a gluten free menu per se because they don't need one. Most of the foods are just that way naturally.

VERY UPSET AND PISSED!!! PAID ALMOST $30 FOR A COMPLETELY WRONG ORDER. ARRIVES HOME AFTER ALMOST 45 MINS. JUST TO OPEN UP THE BAG TO EAT AND WHAT MY HUSBAND AND I ORDERED WAS NOT WHAT WAS IN THE BAG. HOW CAN YOU NOT GET IT RIGHT WHEN IT WAS JUST US AND ANOTHER COUPLE THAT CAME IN AFTER US. TRIED TO CONTACT THE STORE JUST TO GET NO ANSWER FROM THE STORE BECAUSE THE ONLY PHONE NUMBER IS AN ORDER LINE THAT TRIED TO HELP ME. Asked for a WaBa bowl got only meat that was halfway charred. Service was terrible I got served from a lady with glasses on Sunday November 5 2023
Part of the menu was missing off the screen. Service is terrible and cashier acts like you're dumb. The front door was open with flies coming in and landing on food. I couldn't tell if they were cleaning or if the ceiling was leaking due to random trashcans in the middle of the dining area. The food itself wasn't bad but the rest is less than desirable. Won't be coming back here.

Do not go to this location, go to a different one. If you place an online order, they will get it wrong every time. There hasn't been one time I've placed an order and they got it right. They seem to not be able to read the little order receipt that they put in the bag. Asked for NO cabbage, and it came loaded with cabbage. Also asked for packets of hot sauce and green onions and got zero of either. It happens too regularly to go here. Has to be bad management.

Set up an online order to be ready at 10am when they open. And when I got in they told me they so not start any orders until 10am. Why would the store allow me to place an order to be ready at 10am if it wasn't going to be ready until 10am. Honestly it's super annoying because the girl in the back was super rude and condensing. All they were doing was just wiping stuff off and gave me a dirty look when I came in. They are only just starting to make my food and it's 10:08am
