I placed and online order and had my brother pick up. I live 25 mins away and noticed when he got home that I was missing a bag (half the order). I called and when I mentioned I was almost 30 minutes away he laughed in my face saying that he could redo the order and I can drive and get it or go get it tomorrow. When I got there yes they apologized and all but they were still laughing in my face as if 30 minutes driving there again and 30 minutes driving back isn’t annoying enough. Then got home home just to find out a large fry was still missing. Worst encounter in overall with this facility.

I didn’t know what to get when i got to this establishment and the man with his hair in a bun i believe his name was Jimmy, suggested i get the $20 boneless meal deal, even suggested the sauces he likes the best he was very helpful, and kind, he made sure my order was made not only in a timely manner but made to perfection if i do say so myself, i got fries with my wings and they were delicious as well, give this young man a promotion those wings and fries were just top notch!

The food was great, the service was excellent, there was a long haired guy with his hair neatly in a bun, i believe his name was Jimmy, he was great, he made my order and also bagged it and went through it with me, making sure each flavor is correct on my 20 piece boneless meal deal, the wings were sauced to perfection, and the fries were just out of this world, 10/10 recommend this Wingstop for everybody to try
