Good food and even greater service. Would love to visit again.

Drove 20 minutes extra expecting nice indian buffet and location seems to be closed. very disappointing. Also, the other location in Monterey has really bad reviews so this chain seems to be having issues with taste, quality and consistency. sad.

I recently visited this Indian restaurant for their buffet service, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious — rich in flavor, fresh, and with a great variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared and felt like true home-style Indian cooking.

The ambience was clean, calm, and welcoming. Tables were well-maintained, and the whole place had a cozy yet classy feel, perfect for a relaxed meal with family or friends.

One thing that really stood out was the visible family involvement in the restaurant. that warmth shows in the service. The staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about the guests’ experience.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine in a clean, family-friendly setting. I’ll definitely be back!

Delicious food and excellent service

I came here during the pandemic and had to get my food to go. I have tried Indian food all over the world as it is one of my favorites. This was some of the best tasting and most flavorful Indian food I’ve eaten. I’m from LA and this beats all of our Indian restaurant. I would definitely come back when I’m in the area.

My favorite Indian restaurant in Santa Cruz county. I love Indian food but I usually can’t handle too much spicy. Ambrosia is very thoughtful about that, they make a delicious food just right and if you want to add more spice you can. My favorite is the buffet, because you can try many different dishes. Love this restaurant!

Samosa quite good. Vegan vegetable korma not great. Flavor kind of sweet. My guess is the vegetables were from a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I could be wrong. Would not order again.
