My favorite Indian restaurant in Santa Cruz county. I love Indian food but I usually can’t handle too much spicy. Ambrosia is very thoughtful about that, they make a delicious food just right and if you want to add more spice you can. My favorite is the buffet, because you can try many different dishes. Love this restaurant!

Samosa quite good. Vegan vegetable korma not great. Flavor kind of sweet. My guess is the vegetables were from a bag of frozen mixed vegetables. I could be wrong. Would not order again.

Awesome..the Lassi, okra and Goan curry fish are my favorites so far.
