Some of the best BBQ in the Bay Area and the sides are hands down unbeatable. They have amazing pickled red onion and jalapenos, the cornbread is moist, coleslaw fresh and not too mayonnaisey and the chicken was the best BBQ I've had anywhere. Plus the prices are reasonable. The fountain sodas are delicious

Found this spot via Google Maps. I’m sure this spot is really cool to eat inside, but the band playing made it really loud. So that’s why I gave atmosphere a 3 star. The food was definitely a 10 out of 10!!! I ordered 1 lb of brisket and it was so tender, seasoned very well, and the meat just fell apart - so delicious!!! I picked up my order.

Amazing tri-tip sandwich. We tried the chef's special Gaucho, it blended perfectly the chimichurri with the tender juicy meat.
We repeated next morning and were surprised by the breakfast tacos. The service was also great, we got to see the chef unloading the smoker, great quality and local meat and wood.
We had dinner with the kids on the weekend. The food was fantastic, the BBQ meat was fantastic. There was live music. We had a great time and the food was delicious.

Whenever were in the area, we make it a point to have lunch here. The Brisket is from heaven! I can't tell you much about the other dishes because we always order the Brisket. The coleslaw is good - it is on the sweet side. The potato salad is a solid bet. They have a nice selection of artisanal sodas as well as micro brewery beers. The have their own regular & spicy BBQ sauce (our house always has the spicy in stock). It has a rustic interior vibe, with indoor seating, outdoor seating, and seating on a self standing deck. We've only been there for lunch but there's a small stage that I believe they have live music on the evenings.

Came about 15 minutes before the standard menu was open and was not disappointed. The Brisket Breakfast Sandwich and Tri-Tip Breakfast Taco with an over-east egg were phenomenal. This was easily one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had and paired with their signature spicy BBQ sauce and a beer it was perfect!
Super good!! I was super surprised. Will be going back today.

Been coming here since they first opened. BEST “Q” in town! Yep I remember when it was the fire station and bike shop prior….. Over the years the BBQ has seen many staff changes and have expanded their menu selections but now the eatery is firing on all cylinders. The beer selection, the nightly live blues, the quality of the menu and of course the directing manager “Bonnie”. She’s such a delight and truly cares for her customers to be satisfied with the quality of the food and their experience. Plenty of outdoor seating (when it’s nice) and indoor tables with a clean self- service bus station and sauce dispensary. Yes, sometimes they run out of a specific item but that shows the popularity and quality of their service. The web site is detailed and easy to use. They have a free rewards program for return guests and sometimes have a gift card special. Tell them JR recommended them.
