My normal go to is the Pineapple Fried Rice with their Spicy Green Curry. It's the best combo. One of the best green curries I have had. I always pick-up or DoorDash. It's so good!

THIS IS A WARNING ABOUT THEIR CLOSING TIME. While their ad says that they close at 8:30, the kitchen closes at 8 and they won't take any orders. As far as their food goes, it's excellent and my favorite Thai place. Great food, great service. I just wish this place (and others) would list the kitchen closed at a certain time instead of a half hour later, when you clearly can't place an order. Just FYI.

Bangkok West is one of the best Thai places in Santa Cruz. The location is gorgeous and the garden is beautiful. The interior is also amazing. The standout is really their food! Sure, the Pad Thai is delicious but venture out and try the curry! You can't go wrongn

We thoroughly enjoyed dining here on a recent Saturday evening. The location makes it feel like a hidden gem that can accommodate both large parties and intimate dates. We were greeted by a warm and inviting host who continued to serve us throughout the meal. She was very attentive and sweet! We didn't wait long for food after our order was in, which was perfect because we were hungry. Delicious and solid Thai food!The spicy eggplant and tofu was not spicy as noted on the menu but it was, as everything else, still tasty. We were surrounded by locals, judging by staff's familiarity with other diners coming in after us. We'd later get side eye from another couple who we guessed are regulars that were not happy to find "their" booth occupied and had to settle for another table closer to the door. If Bangkok West was in my neighborhood, I would be a regular diner too!

Bangkok thai is fabulous! Everything on the menu is yummy, the service staff is attentive, and the atmosphere! The decor is out of this world. I highly recommend sitting up high so you can see everything. The food is a bit Americanized, but it is a wonderful taste of Thai cuisine, that is accessible to everyone! Yummy everything so far-- especially the cream cheese rangoons.

We often come here when we're visiting family, and it's always a solid Thai option. It can be confusing where to park, but just drive up to the top lot and you're there! You get to walk through a pretty little garden before walking in. We've never had to wait for a table, even for a large party. The decor is cool and very interesting. Staff is always very friendly and the food is tasty!

Overcharge a bit but food is excellent. I asked for a bowl of coconut soup , was not told I would be charged for a full order... don't like that.

The restaurant was still open on Christmas Eve and the place was packed. We ordered take out and there were long line of people waiting. The place was under staffed but they were very efficient. They were organized and efficient. The food was very good and we enjoyed it.
