Seriously amazing food! So much flavor in every bite. Everyone from the owners to the bussers are so welcoming and friendly. The owners/chefs really put a lot of effort into the menu and their food, and you can tell. We got the guacamole with our chips, the cabbage salad- had spice and pecans- yum, salmon poke tacos, and they just added a warm apple cobbler for dessert- it was all so amazing!! My daughter and I can't wait to go back!

Chef Trent is first class and his food is next level, I normally don’t touch raw fish - but he made a believer out of me!

The view is beautiful from the patio. The service was top notch, attentive but not intrusive. The food was excellent, great tasting, and nicely presented.

Awful food out of concentrate sauce, no salt no taste awfully presented and to finalize with a cone like fake ice cream from

Good food and excellent service. Would like to see some shrimp dishes on the menu. Overall dishes were good but you have to pay extra for rice & beans, which seemed odd.

First things first. Serious upgrade over Palapas. IMHO Palapas only existed as a place where you could grab a beer and palatable but boring food after a little league game with a view, while the kids ran around and left the parents Ali e for a little while.

Overall quite impressed with the food. The salsa was quite good, as were the chips.

I would give the snapper ceviche with mango and aji amarillo a 5/5 both for taste and presentation. The arugula salad was just ok; loses points for (strongly suspect but can’t be certain) canned beets, and being quite salty (might be the nuts). I would recommend they switch to house made roasted beets and maybe Pepitas.

We also had the Birria tacos, and the seafood (not Baja-style) fish tacos al pastor. Both also very good. My only quibble is that the fish tacos utilize a medley of their fish - which means there was salmon in there, and unless it’s sashimi or sushi I’m not a salmon fan. The al pastor preparation was a fun twist.

I quite liked their version of a Paloma - utilized pamplemousse and tonic in addition to the grapefruit line and tequila - very refreshing.

Lastly, props for making a pumpkin dessert (pumpkin flan) that I didn’t hate! The toasted Italian meringue was an excellent touch.

Looking forward to eating here again - something I’d never say about the former establishment.

Visited twice during our brief stay in Seascape. Food was delicious (chicken flautas, salmon, chicken mole enchiladas) and the staff were exceptional. They are so welcoming! We sat in the indoor/outdoor bar area both times. The bar patio allows dogs. You don’t have the water view on that side but you can look out over the pretty shopping center under market lights and heat lamps. The restaurant is on the 2nd floor but there’s an elevator. Looking forward to our next visit!

Appetizers: ordered mango ceviche and tuna tostada. The tostada was my favorite.
Entree: Chilie Verde was delicious.
Drinks: margaritas were tasty.
Homemade tortillas and chips. Everything was nicely portioned.

I was so glad to see a lot of the same staff as the restaurant that was here before. It was one of our regular spots. So the service was excellent. We ordered Chicken Flautas to share and they were excellent. The Burrito Mojado looked really good, so did the Fish Tacos, lightly breaded and tasty. I ordered the Chili Verde, because I wanted some comfort food, but it was not what I was looking for. Though it was very fresh and tasty, but a smaller quantity, and the rice was not as I was hoping. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the ocean on this warm evening. We will come back.

Parking: A huge parking lot.

My husband and I decided to check out the restaurant for lunch and it exceeded our expectations. We order the empanadas as a starter and they were absolutely delicious. The tocos we ordered were so yummy. They had such flavor, texture had depth. The wait staff were wonderful; professional, responsive, and always attending to our needs. We can't wait to return.
